"Nobody wants any part of Christopher Lovejoy..." I'm assuming that you've polled all of the top heavyweights, they all stated how much they fear him, and this is how you've come to this conclusion? Otherwise, you must be basing it on his incredible record, which reveals the amount of elite level heavyweights he has convincingly beaten, right? I don't mean to be sarcastic, but come on. AJ should be scared of this guy as he is going to "put him to sleep"? Those are some ridiculous claims for someone so unproven. Is he, in all reality, just another distinctly average American heavyweight? I remember the last super heavyweight who was going to put AJ to sleep...remember him, a certain Mr. Miller? He was exposed as a degenerate steroid abusing cheat and banned.
Well, I didnt want to nasty. Unfortunately, American heavyweights these days are pretty awful. Seeing British heavyweights batter Americans is becoming predicable.
You may have missed the joke here, but AJ does have a history of getting KO'd by fat Americans so a prime Lovejoy gives him all kinda of problems.
i think a lot of you are making too much of Lovejoy's defeat against a four-year champion last night. He is a proud man and will not say anything, but it can be revealed that...yes...he had a 104 degree fever. And he broke his back. He will be back stronger than ever to dominate the heavyweight division.
Yeah...no. A history, in the context you used it, implies repetition - and Ruiz was a one off. However, if we use actual facts, we see that AJ has a pretty good record, a history one might say, of bashing up shitty American heavyweights. Didn't he batter 3 in a row? Add in Fury humiliating Wilder, and the truth is that British heavyweights have been smashing America's woeful heavyweight contingent constantly over the last few years. It has become a running joke that relies on the sheer awfulness that is the U.S heavyweight scene. Don't let it upset you too much.
I'm not reading this crap, I was just pointing out to you that you're replying to a joke with all this BS
Deontay Wilder lost 1 fight to Fury. The first fight was a draw no matter what you say. Also Wilder losing to Fury was humiliation but Anthony Joshua getting beat stupid by doughboy Andy Ruiz isn't humiliating? So because one British heavyweight beat one American heavyweight that means something? You Brits are something else. I guess years of having Americans rule the heavyweight division and then finally you get a British heavyweight and you get so happy.
Can't you read? It wasn't one...it was three in a row, and others. The reality, I'm afraid, is that American heavyweights stink...badly...and have done for years. I know it stings, the fact you can't find a decent heavyweight to compete in the most prestigious class in boxing. But, you must put on your big boy pants and suck it up.
