    He sounds like he's been well indoctrinated by the Saudis, clearly he was waiting for some kind of extra incentive to make this deal and sounds like the Saudis themselves have got involved.

    These incessant updates continue to water down the big reveal.

    Should have been no "It's close...we're nearly there..." and instead, boom, out of nowhere, it's announced with a press conference on the same day.
