How many do overs does Wilder get??? I never seen a career with more shady angles than his, from getting a larger purse than Stiverne when Bermane was champion. To fighting Erik Molina in his first title “defense”. To the Povetkin saga where he flew home from England thus canceling the fight before the Wbc even ruled on the matter. To the perceived Malik Scott dive. To this now, Fury must be saying how many frigging times to do I got to beat this guy up to make him go away. It’s a joke

Then maybe he shouldn’t have agreed to sign the rematch contract which had a binding clause for a third fight?

That is far too much of a good idea to actually happen.

Deontay was keeping that Draw 4 card for the last minute.

Unfortunately no, since Fury lost a binding arbitration that both sides mutually agreed to, so Fury would be opening the door on both himself and Top Rank to hefty legal penalties. Hasim Rahman many years ago ignored an arbitrators decision that allowed Lennox Lewis to enforce his rematch clause and was heavily fined when Lennox Lewis took him to Court. All Lennox's side had to show the Judge was that they had previously prevailed in arbitration. The Judge didn't even care to hear anything from Rahman's attorney and forced Rahman to pay close to half his purse in legal penalties.

I just don`t get how Fury team manage to f***** up that badly. I`m all for contract stuff to be respected, and when you have rematch clause to be ready to go fulfill it, but Wilder the rematch was all set, and Wilder run it twice-three time from it. For the first date he wasn`t ready. Then for the second and third he was injured. And that fraud was all hiding, until the deadline of the rematch expired.
Its absolutely normally for anyone to move on from here, just as Fury did.
I just don`t see how Wilder really have any legs. They either brought the judge, and its all corruption(highly) or Fury team did nothing and actually f***** up.
Anyway that rematch should have never happen.
This is a civil case. Fury can won if the go to court. And this will take long time. And i don`t see what Wilder can really do about it. Fury has his arguments, that he was ready to fight, that Wilder refused/postponed the fight and the deadline expired.
Wilder can cry all he want, but i don`t see him winning this in court.
    Its that simple.

Well Wilder already won it in court. It's that simple.

Everybody reads a headline and acts as though it's gospel. Obviously Fury refused the parameters of the rematch and didn't negotiate in good faith. Wilders team apparently had buckets of ammunition. Furys side probably outright ended talks despite rematch clauses having little wiggle room.

Wilder didn`t want a **** in court. It was civil case. How hard is to get that into your head?
The main thing is that Team Fury are garbage.
