Wilder doesn't want it or he woulda been more vocal about it, he just wants some serious step aside money

He doesn't, Wilder recently claimed he's not taking any type of step aside money and he "wants" Fury

Why would wilder step aside doesnt he believe in himself? why take 10 mill or less when you can make 15 mill beat fury then make 100 mill against AJ?

Wilder going radio silent was likely at orders from his lawyers. Whereas Tyson Fury and his team were talking publicly about moving on before the arbitration was settled, saying he was going to fight a stay-busy defense in December, openly negotiating for an AJ fight ... don’t think the judge wasn’t aware of all that. Gave the appearance he never planned to honor the agreement.

Take the free step aside money which will be substantial, and still get the Fury fight as part of the deal, what is not to like if you are Wilder?

Wilder-Fury 3 will be the biggest fight of the year, bigger than any UFC show.

What are you talking about? AJ v Fury is the biggest fight in boxing, it would have been for the undisputed heavyweight title, Wilder`s image is in tatters, he got battered from pillar to post.

If Fury-Joshua WAS the biggest fight in boxing, they wouldn't need a sheik to get it done. They could earn $75 million each without him.

It fell apart because one guy wouldn't bankroll the whole thing.

The fight itself, without some sheik handing them $150 million (which he never did, by the way), arguably doesn't even make the money Wilder-Fury 3 will make.

They all knew this could happen. COVID is the real reason for most of the delays

Either way, this was a great "tease" to have running to keep the fans hyped until Covid went away.

A great hype train to have running while Covid keeps the fights at bay...

I like the options that are out there, as long as this doesn't drag out. We need to know by the end of this week what fights are going to happen. I'm cool with Fury - Wilder 3 as it could get sorted out this summer and there are still possibilities for another big fight later in the year. I also would like to see AJ stay active and take on Usyk. Even if the underdogs somehow win, that still creates excitement and possibilities in the division. I say F the step aside money and let things play out. Wilder should've jumped in with someone in before facing Fury again and workout out some of the flaws in a real fight.
