Fury could have completely made this up just to get the pressure off himself and have the public mad at Wilder for "ruining" the fight with AJ even though he was legally obligated to fight Wilder.

 

Believe me, there weren’t many who believed a word he said - there’ll be even less now.

 

Definitely, but he's gonna try to control the narrative anyway instead of just gracefully cutting his losses and doing the rematch, he has to have something to say. It's all about psychology with guys like him.

 

Fury didn't fight for over a year. I wonder if he will have a tune up fight. Otherwise Wilder might catch him

 

I’d say the lack of boxing would affect Wilder more, he’s getting older and boxing doesn’t come naturally to him - for all the criticism, he was a fairly active champion and his longest time out I think was about 9 months while waiting for the first Fury fight.

 

Some posters who are childishly mad at Wilder and can't believe the ruling are going to have a crossed agenda when they read Usyk's lawyers statement, haha.

 

It's funny that some people are blaming Fury for this ruling, as if Fury cooked this up to "duck AJ".

 

Might be cool if they had fought in this event where Pulev vs A.J, if fight Fury vs Wilder III had been added on card, sales skyrocketed.

 

Everybody going to court no one fighting...horrible circumstance for the fans.

 

At this point even Fury fans don't believe him. Too many lies and contradictions.

 

Yet another example of wilder being totally oppressed… They have now ruled in his favour that he should get a third fight that he doesn't deserve considering how one-sided the last was and all the sissy excuses he made.. White privilege in action right there guys… Tyson should fight Joshua in August and then retire with nothing else left to prove… Kill two birds with one stone. What can they do, force him not to retire before September LOL

 

Fury agreed to fight him third time. contract was signed.

Fury should stop wasting everyones time and fight him this summer.

 

The difference between Fury and AJ for me, no way AJ gets up after that 12th round punch Fury took against Wilder.

 

I thought he did give his purse to charity. Where did you find the info that he didn't?
