I personally think Fury stops Wilder again, but it would be very interesting if Wilder won and Usyk beat AJ. Wilder vs Usyk would be interesting.

Agreed I don't think robbery is too likely.

TBH though I'm not sure on what basis Usyk is the safer pair of hands to hold the belts... He's technically superior unquestionably, but he's a good bit smaller, packs a lot less power and is far less proven in today's HW division - oh, and he's a few years older.

Eddie would have to be a real gambler to take that option when AJ has kept all the belts for him so far, beaten opponents of different styles and shown he can come back from an L on the one occasion he did lose the belts.

I think Usyks a great boxer fullstop, but CW to HW is the biggest jump in size, weight and power of the lot and sometimes pure skill isn't enough to be a reliable winner at the top end of the division.

As good as Usyk is, and I rate him very high, but he's getting old... not only that, but now he's weighing 230 pounds, and he's gonna slow down... I don't know why he gained all that weight, his main advantage was speed and technique.. and now thats gone out the window.. he's not a power puncher... you have to be born a power puncher... His fight against Chisora was a DRAW IMO.... Honestly I thought he was about to get KO'd in the first 3 rounds, he was running for his life.

You can't really decouple the two in some ways.

If the judges are likely to be biased against you on the cards, you have to change the plan... Which in turn affects how the fight goes and how it ends up getting scored.

In a hypothetical fight with judges already known to be beyond reproach, Usyk goes for a points win... And if he avoids getting tagged (not attaching any probability for the sake of argument) then he most likely wins on the cards.

However... If Usyk believes the judges will be biased against him, he needs to go looking for more damage - knock-downs at the very least and preferably a KO.
This makes it a whole different fight - and how fans or judges score it is going to be different.
Usyk opening up more is IMHO more likely to get tagged... Knocked down a couple times at very least, possibly knocked out.
Once knocked down once, Usyk has an even bigger mountain to climb on the cards and has to open up even more to recover it.

It's all a question of whether Usyk believes the judges will be fair or not... I'm not sure he'll trust them enough to play pure points fighting.

Perhaps, but AJ PPV's usually sell pretty well... And not every title defence stateside does - IIRC Joshua's worst recent PPV (Ruiz I) still annihilates anything Wilder did without Fury to boost his figures.

Usyk ain't no puncher & hasn't done anything at HW to suggest he KO's AJ

Was Ruiz a puncher when the smashed AJ around the ring for 6rds?

Get back to me with the answer in an envelope.

Not a huge puncher, but still a way bigger puncher than Usyk, more offensive & naturally heavier. Also, their styles are completiy different, so I don't get the comparison.

Normal biased fan you are there, nothing more.

Chisora at best might had get from me 4 rounds during all these 12 rounds.
    No more there.

He normally started to gass out after 4 rounds and after 6 th there nothing much had left in his gas tank.

Yeah, pillow fisted Chisora ( and he was pillow fist in this fight ) throws on guard and hits air, how cool, let's score this against hated Usyk.
Pillow fist hit core, almost 0 effect, lets call how cool he is.
Pushed till ropes, ohh, he run from Chisora.

Damn, these Chisora and Whyte are tailor made for a lot of CW dudes for beat up, not alone he might beat Usyk.

If he had good gas tank and was faster then yeah, most likely he had finished Usyk in distance.
Nope and Whyte is not much better than Chisora there. Predictable elephants.
