People who would beat Wilder - Usyk, Whyte, Ruiz, Chisora
People who could beat Wilder - Joyce, Hunter, Hrgovic, Parker (if the Parker from AJ/Whyte turns up, he sparks Wilder)

I find it hilarious how Wilder has been forgotten about, dismissed based on just one bad night in the office. This is a guy who has knocked down everyone he has shared a ring with. He was an unbeaten fighter. He finds a way to make his power count. Given the work he is putting in now, his last defeat will just make him better, he is not going to face anyone better than Tyson Fury today

Exactly. No lineal heavyweight champion has stopped every man he's faced as a pro. If Wilder stops Fury for the title, he very well could become the first.

Another case of opinion masquerading as "fact". Why did you not add "FACT!" to the thread title?

Wilder generates his awesome power through the thickness of his legs.

I thought Ruiz could but after that performance vs Arreola, I don't think so. He got hit so easily.

Man what I would give to see heavyweights in the top 10 or even top15 fight each other. These top 15 fighters, sorry not fighters, scared businessmen, make us spend our time talking about fights we want to see rather then actually watch the fights. When are the businessmen ranked 11-15 in the WBA,WBC,IFB,WBO going to start fighting each other. So tired about fight that never happen, how can this sport survive, what a lost period in boxing history.

Lots of guys. Wilder is a glass jawed and limited fraud just like he's always been. Now it's probably even worse because the self belief that he had in his power isn't what it used to be.

Why's Hunter mentioned so much? The man lost to shot Povetkin and ducked Hrgovic.

Because Artur Szpilkas mobility and head movement made Wilder look clueless. Szpilka only got knocked out because he started getting agressive in the later rounds and ran into a right hand from Wilder. now imagine in it was Michael Hunter in there. Wilder may have tagged Fury but Fury is a massive target. Michael Hunter not so much.

Actually speaking of that fight. The Szpilka fight was the VERY reason Fury decided to call out Wilder, because he saw how much Wilder struggled with glass chin Szpilkas slickness

He didn't lose to Povetkin. It was officially a draw, with many thinking he unofficially won. Those on Povetkin's side, not so much.

No truth in saying he ducked Hrgovic until we find out who he's fighting in his stead. If it's someone better or more beneficial to his career then no duck.

Reason he's being bandied around, same as MarkusFlorez mentioned, Wilder has always struggled with the more mobile defensively tricky fighters. Hunter isn't only defensively hard to hit but he's also tough and very game, and has proven his ability to step up his game when it comes time to do so. He'll at the very least give Wilder a very hard night's work.

Thought Ruiz would beat him... til he got dropped and shook by an old and war torn Arreola.

Usyk likley has a chance, depends on how far Wilder has fell from his beatdown, mental implosion and layoff.
