    Mentally, above all.
And we know that one of Joshua's weaknesses Is just his mental resistance (besides his suspect recoveries if he gets punched).

Thats what Bellew has said about Usyk:

"He mentally exhausted me in our fight by constantly having his front foot close to mine.

"That doesn't sound much. But it's mental pressure that he puts on you, not physical.

"He wouldn't get involved in any wrestling matches with me. Every time we got close, I would dig him to the body.

    "He's vicious and brilliant."

Usyk has mocked doubters who questioned whether he can compete in a higher division against physically superior champions such as Joshua".

    Thoughts?

    No

Bellew is nothing like Joshua so his comments mean nothing.

Femi has already been mentally destroyed after the tub of lard slapped him around the ring. Fury will beat Wilder and sets his eyes on the dosser, like an apex predator looming over It's prey. But even before then bum Joshua's fragile mentality will collapse at the thought of fighting Usyk and Fury back to back.

He knows he's being hunted by the Slick Southpaw Uysk and the Gypsy God Tyson Fury. It's only a matter of time before Joshua vacates his belt to avoid Usyk and ducks Fury again like he did a few days ago. Rest easy Bodybuilder, for you'll have sleepless nights when the WBO orders you to fight Usyk

Hang on AJ's weakness is his mental resistance?

I wouldn't argue he has rubbish stamina and a poor chin, but you are just talking shite now.

It's a much more even contest than Wider3 albeit Usyk will need to knock him out to get a draw.

The chin Is good even if he has suspect recoveries if punched. Stamina too (see with Parker, Klitschko and Ruiz II) but Ruiz 1 destroyed Joshua mentally after his KD. Joshua didn't expect that reaction from Ruiz.

If Ruiz can beat AJ so can Usyk. It’s that simple. Should be an interesting and good fight.

Usyk can punish A LOT a fighter with the tank empty. He has proved that many times. Actually, that's his strogest point, to punish exhausted fighters. He does it to perfection.

    AJ's gas tank is laughable.

On the other hand the size difference is huge. AJ rushes intermittently, even when out of gas. One successful rush, and game over.

But yes, were I AJ I would not think that it is izi pizzi. He should definitely not do it.

This the same Usyk that arguably lost against Del Boy Chisora?
Bellew was, like Usyk, a blown up Cruiserweight, not really a genuine Heavyweight not to mention Bellew was semi retired after beating Haye in their 2nd fight.

Usyk won’t get close to Joshua without paying a heavy price which cumulatively will be his undoing!
He’ll eat too many power shots that are more concussive than anything he’s weathered in previous fights and if Joshua senses an opening he’ll land 3 & 4 punch combos that end with hooks that Usyk can’t take.

Usyk a great fighter but this is a step too far!

Chisora was a very awkward opponent for Uysk yet he weathered the storm and didn't escape via split decision like Parker.

Uysk is better than Parker who held a HW title. Parker did beat Ruiz and gave Joshua some trouble. Usyk has the movement to neutralize AJ and make him 1 dimensional. AJ can't afford a slow start and let Uysk bank rounds.

Arguably lost ? Of course, only boxers from proper countries :nononoare good :nononofor a lot of fans there.:ibutt:ibutt:ibutt:ibutt:nonono LOL.
Chisora is undervalued and too disrespected in this forum and still, I could at max score for him 4 rounds there.
Usyk even performed vs him damn surprisingly better than younger, more promising and larger Parker and this had surprised me a lot.

About talks regards to semi retired and supposedly unprepared Bellew etc excuses: Bellew wished this fight and had demanded that all belts Usyk does have should be on line.

And do not talk with me about cards or comments;):D, this is just noise here, here is big business and Usyk did real business here vs Bellew in U.K like he did vs Huck in Germany. :D

This puny Usyk could render the bodybuilder unconscious with just one scrawny punch! The morbidly obese blob did it! Could be curtains on Joshua and Eddie's career! Lol

Uysk is a very clever all round fighter but honestly don't see him having the power to keep AG on the back foot. Uysk has fantastic movement but the size difference is massive here. Noticed in the chisora fight some of those shots rattled him. Let's face it love or hate AG he would land more than chisora did. If uysk puts on an master class points win at best.

Joshua does have his flaws so not impossible. If AG gets to unload on the inside and uysk eats a few uppercuts tho see it buzzing him. Interested to see how this one would go definitely one I'd watch

    Agreed.
At first I was among those who thought that Usyk would have serious problems in the category because he was too light.
Instead I must take note of the fact that despite just two fights he has shown that he can withstand blows of heavier people and to hit hard when It needs. Therefore he is able to get the title by fighting against anyone imo and he would deserve it widely as he is technically the best of all.
