Josh Taylor vs Kostya Tszyu (prime)

How well does the Tartan Tornado do against a 140lb monster like prime Tszyu? Can he rough him up and make Tszyu uncomfortable or will Tszyu’s right hand eventually find it’s mark?

 

Judging by how he reacted to Ramirez body punching i doubt he will enjoy same treatment from Tszyu

 

Lettuce not go cray cray. Josh is a good fighter but we can't measure him against the caliber of Kostya.

 

Funny I was thinking about this fight today..I came to the conclusion I wanna see more of Taylor's career play out before I make a definitive call...kostya was a ****in badass bit I love Josh Taylor and hes best boxer I've seen from UK in years

 

That laser-right of KT's will land at some point, and we all know what happens when it does land...

It's be a ****ing war that's for sure, I'd slightly favour Taylor

 

I like Tszyu but I think it would be quite close.

 

Its a good match up Tszyu was good against southpaws. I think it would be a real rough fight and a good fight pretty close but I favour Tszyu.

 

Tszyu would beat the Hell outta Taylor.

Taylor is too easy to hit.

 

I agree. I am impressed with Josh but it's a little early for the Kostya comparisons.

Let's see what Josh does from here on out.

 

Prime Tszyu is one of the worst matchups at 140 I can think of for Taylor, and i'd have to favour Kostya in that, but that's a high bar for Taylor to even be considered as competetive against a prime Tszyu.

 

Yeah but those Tyzu right hands if they land are something else.

 

Anybody can be hurt if hit by the right guy in the right place.

TTT clearly is durable but Tyzu had a great right hand.

It's not a given that TTT could walk through those shots.

 

He can't outbox Kostya. And that right hand would be a killer.
