I agree. In an imaginary fight between them had I been TTT’s trainer the strategy would be to avoid being hit clean by Tyzu’s right especially at the end of his punches with full leverage.

I think this video answers your question.

Zab Judah was a southpaw, undefeated, and in my opinion with more power than Taylor. Here they fight for the WBC, WBA and IBF titles, so it is pretty much the same at stake as in the Taylor-Ramirez fight. Taylor would not have stood any chance in my opinion to unify the super-lightweight division if he had to deal with a prime Tszyu. I am not even sure if Taylor would have won against Zab Judah, and many others. It is a great achievement to have all four belts, but it happens at a time when the division is not at its best.

I would wait on pairing these two because Taylor has a lot of career left. As of right now, though, I think Tszyu beats him clearly. Taylor is too hittable and not sharp enough to win the battle of straight punches.

Taylor would cause issues early the same way Zab and sharmba did against Tsyzu, but just as Tyszu did with both, hed adapt figure out his timing and start landing some serious rights down the pipe and eventually hurt Taylor and possibly stop him.

Tszyu never lost when he came in with decent rounds under his belt.

He fought three rounds in two and a half years going into the Ricky Hatton fight at the end of his career.

His loss to Vince Phillips in America was preceded by a farcical one round job against Leonardo Mas that was ruled a technical draw at the time. It was later changed to "NC" after years of lobbying by Tszyu & several additional fights in Nevada.

Problem with that is Taylor and Judah's mentality is very different...I'd argue zab is more gifted but I'd say Taylor is probably mentally stronger..and they don't really fight the same way
