In the most feminine male voice possible: "Stop it, you're punching too hard"

Agreed. Ramirez thought Bayless was coming in to break, but didn't, got lacks and tagged.

Maybe a lil bit. Yeah, Bayless was in the beginning stages of breaking them, but unless he specifically called for them to break before the punch, therr isn’t much to quibble with. To me it falls under “great job” in capitalizing by Taylor, and/or “poor job” in protecting yourself by Ramirez.

Yes, Taylor held entirely too much throughout. But In this instance he threw Ramirez a curve and nailed him with an uppercut. It was more sly than dirty, IMO.

    It's bad reffing.
Ramirez is technically at fault because of the 'protect yourself at all times' expression. But Bayless is so half arsed that it's no shock that he's expecting a break. The ref needs to be decisive and forthright in stopping the action, get in between the fighters and yell 'stop fighting'. He half did it then backs out like it's got nothing to do with him when Taylor throws the shot. If that isn't bad enough he then gives Ramirez half an hour to recover.
He needs to be put out to pasture.
