Yes, lots of people would be sued. Starting with Top Rank, Fury's American promoters. No promoter or broadcaster or anyone involved in boxing would want to touch Fury, in case they get sued too. People would be blacklisted, careers ruined, the whole lot. Fury would probably end up broke and never fight again. It's much better to just beat up Deontay Wilder again for a few mill.
