Talk about two boxers that were incredibly inconsistent in their performance. If either one is on top form and the other turns up out of shape then it's an easy win. I think Bowe could hurt and for large periods outbox Fury, who is very good at his best but is slowly turning into the most overrated boxer ever
Already thought about this long and hard. I'd pick Fury by UD but Bowe would be very agressive like he was against Gonzalez and Donald and it would be significantly harder than the Klitschko fight. Trust when i say there would be a ton of clinching with Bowe taking some rounds by working on the inside when Fury tries to clinch. Most rounds go to Fury because he'd land his jab at will but it would be Fury's hardest fight easily. He might even get dropped because Bowe was good an landing overhand rights against a taller man Gonzalez
Fury. I like Bowe but he's overrated. I'm not a big Fury fan but I think his style gives Bowe problems but he doesn't knock him out.
This is a hard fight for Tyson, Bowe was good in the clinch and inside, guaranteed he’d try rough fury up after eating jabs. Styles I rate this 50/50
Both are skilled but I’d give the edge to Fury because he’s a really good switch hitter and has a better in ring iq. Also Fury is stronger willed. Bowe was a glutton and even had a refrigerator in his bedroom.
i believe he would. i think aj will let everyone know how correct i am in what i see. if fury dont **** the bed...again.
Prime Riddick Bowe stops Fury with in 5 rounds or less. Fury can't take a punch. Fury can't really punch hard. Fury throws sloppy arm punches. Fury runs when ever he gets hit. He has no chance against Bowe. The only people who like Fury or think Fury is anything more than a club fighter are the Brits but they don't know any better.
that fury is not that good, in relation to past, very good, or great, hw. ive said for years how horrible a fighter wilder is, and he was neck and neck with fury for 16-17 rds, before catching that shot on the ear. ive always thought aj was better, but even he would lose to bowe. but if he beats fury into submission, and that can happen in different ways, then i will feel confident im seeing reality correctly.
that i need to reassess what i think i know about boxing. these are from may 2019. take a look at what i wrote about what it would take to beat wilder, what troubles him and how he reacts to what. now play the second fight in your mind. how was fury fighting? what was he doing? had he ever fought like that? did anyone expect him to fight like that? and ask yourself, would what i wrote back then still make sense to me, or am i being delusional?
