Teo's talking big **** about fighting Haney next before moving up... That's a respectable move that would erase all the doubts caused by the WBC.

Taylor, to be sure, hasn't fought anyone as elusive or technically gifted as Lomachenko.

Conversely, Lopez has never encountered an opponent as big, fast, and hard hitting as Taylor.

Remember Lopez likely felt reasonably confident that Loma, a noticeably smaller man, could not really hurt him, at least not upstairs. If he were to fight JT, he would have to be very mindful of incoming fire.

Taylor hasn't seen an elite boxer yet. That means more to me than size

Lightning wont strike twice ? He beat Loma fair and square and might possibly KO him in the rematch due to Loma "upping the pace". We say how Lopez hurt Loma in the 12th.

1 belt, 3, belts, 9 belts, no belts... who cares. Lopez beat the mighty Lomo and it was shockingly easy. He is the top dog in his division and holds one of the best single wins in all of boxing among active fighters.

    Loma stops him this time.

The first fight took too much out of Lopez mentally. He wont be able to reproduce that effort again. His main motivation now is money.

After seeing the cards from Taylor's last fight, he shouldn't want to be on an Arum card ever.

    100%

I see many casual fans saying a lot of **** about Loma, just because it's was a close fight.
Loma beat him badly at the end of the fight, when he has getting every shot in the face, Lopez had a chance to KO him in the final round, when he was ALL IN, but that never happened. why ? because Loma's defence is up there with the best.

How many clean shots Lopez land on Lomas face ? where is the pictures ? Only One when they were trading and Lopez was hurt.

Lopez will be stopped and I expect that in the near future, In he has the balls to fight him again, than maybe at the end of 2021.

You really are on Lopez hype train. Nothing wrong. Shockingly easily LOL.
Ofc, they need new superstar and are on hype train.
Now Lopez is supposed to beat 140 lbs division boxers with ease, LOL.
While he struggled with Nakatani and Loma, yeah, Lopez needs fanbase and the more delusional fans the better. As usually.

If he can't score knockdown nor on bulked up former 126 lbs division boxer in Loma nor on 135 lbs division boxer in Nakatani, now he is supposed esily beat 140 lbs division boxers.
Lopez yet did not had beat even on cards no one from top 15 140 lbs division boxers. No single one.
While some fans are yelling : Taylor did not had fought any one from elite. LOL how funny.

Lopez even did not had nor the same Campbell or Linares in the ring at 135 lbs, both of them hits harder than Loma and are more huge for 135 lbs division boxers.
small Loma never was hard head puncher at 135 lbs, Linares ate his punches normally without huge effect on him until Loma landed liver punch on him.

Lopez chin isn't yet properly tested at 135 lbs weight class, not alone to talk about 140 lbs boxers.

 He thinks he's in the driver's seat and gets to dictate terms to Taylor to contest all four of Taylor's belts. Taylor just fought JCR in his backyard and had it not been for him making it too difficult for the three home judges to rob him he would've got stitched up over there and the home ref deprived him of a KO win too.

This motherbeeper is the same size as welterweight Conor Benn no exaggeration and he wouldn't even take his mask off for a few seconds for a photo with the son of a UK legend. He disrespected a hungry young lion like Conor who was all excited to see him, his father UK boxing legend Nigel, and he disrespected Great Britain and the sport of boxing as a whole

But did he beat Lomachenko though? Lopez beat the best fighter in the world (though I never thought he was personally, but the fans and media penciled him as the top fighter in the world) and the size is mostly an excuse. Is Lopez about 2 weight divisions bigger than Loma? Yea, but Loma and Pac are naturally the same size. I dont think people would be complaining about how small Pac was if he lost to Lopez.

If he wants the belts he has to come to uk to get imo. Josh went to the states to get them. Teo will have no belts at 140 and he diesnt sell enough tickets to be able to dictate where he fights the champ. He will be challenger and therefore shoyld be treated as such

Yes but none of that is relevant, we are talking about if he wants taylor, he jas to travel. At 140 he has accomplished nothing. He wants taylors belts he has to go get them.

Agreed, it would be different if (as I'd heard rumored) Josh was gonna boil down to 135 (but feel that's madness!)

Anyone wants those 140 belts, they should have to come to Taylor. Of course, if Josh goes up to 147 the same applies to him IMO.

The snag here is them both being on Top Rank with Arum, hard to know who calls the shots - depends on what Taylor's contact with Top Rank entails I guess. He obviously went with Arum to guarantee the Ramirez fight, hopefully he read the fine print!
