It is not going to be Usyks southpaw stance that will give Joshua nightmares it's going to be his constant mobility and his slickness, add to that Usyk is a small target and we've see in the past that short heavyweights give Joshua issues.

Sparring plodder Ortiz in preparation for Usyk doesn't make much sense unless it's purely to prepare for Usyks stance. Sparring Michael Hunter would make more sense

Only 1 but that southpaw gave him no issues at all so i doubt southpaws trouble Aj, it's Usyks skills that will give Aj issues

I have no idea what constant mobility you are talking about. Usyk doesn't move any more than anyone else these days. And he's 15 pounds heavier now than he was in the clip below.

He's a middle-aged, 230-pound heavyweight now. He only weighs five pounds less than Ortiz did against Wilder last time.

If you don't have a lot of experience with southpaws, spar southpaws. I have no idea why anyone is even arguing this. Joshua has experience cutting off the ring. He doesn't have much experience boxing southpaws.

Honestly, I don't give a **** who he spars with. (LOL) But Ortiz offered. Ortiz is a pro. I have no idea why they wouldn't take him up on the offer or why they wouldn't reach out to Ortiz themselves.

Did you not see his fight with Chisora ? He was moving around the place. Michael Hunter is better than Ortiz and is a hell of a lot more like Usyk than Ortiz is. Yeah Ortiz is a southpaw but he's a slow footed, plodding 6'4, 240 pound heavyweight with almost no headmovment. Yeah it's helpful in preparation for a southpaws but thats about it

I don't care who he spars with. I only commented because I'm just surprised they never called Ortiz. That's all. Ortiz offered to help. Hunter did not.

This isn't a "Michael Hunter offered to help Joshua" thread.

    Argue with someone else.

No theres clearly an agenda lol

Worried that Ortiz hits harder than Usyk ? Worried that Ortiz might learn something about how to beat him ? Are you joking ? Ortiz is no better than Whyte, stop making him look elite. "Excellent" LMAO also look on the news. Aj already has a southpaw sparring partner. Ortiz is decent yes and a southpaw but he fights nothing like Usyk and is a lot larger than Usyk

The punches Ortiz would throw would be similar to the punches Usyk will though, Hunter will not be throwing right jabs or straight lefts.

Here's Ortiz getting stopped on the outscored rule by the average Alexander Povernov. Pov can't miss with the right hand once it dawns on him that Ortiz's massive melon is a magnet for them and he even drops him with one which the ref chose not to count for some reason.

Wlad etc other such caliber lads. :)
Also some really very good elite amatuer rules boxers etc. Bunches.

Ortiz is very good boxer but he is a bit too old and too slow. This is not his fault, looks that he did not had been promoted properly, maybe younger his versions even had high chances to be well known in europe and eurasia, asia etc.
polite too old and too slow, while yeah, he is skilled boxer.
