It's a good way to sell the fight though.

Most people thought the 2nd fight was a bit too one-sided, and first time around in 2018 they had Fury winning on points and get the short-end with a 'draw' verdict ..... so they figure Fury will beat Wilder again and it's unlikely to be very competitive. So there's not a vast amount of interest.

BUT .... if Fury shows he's not training, he's fat, he's off the rails ! ..... the perceived chances of Wilder increase, and people pay up to see the fight.

Fury will lose and then his team would say that water was poisoned.

But before that he will have autopsy report

Furys behavior is all on Fury. This is a serious challenge from a hard punching fighter with his back to the wall. Fury best be prepared both mentally and physically.

I wouldn't call it a master plan. It's an old trick, athletes have been doing for years. If they are trying to sell a big fight perceived as a mismatch, or shorten the odds for betting purposes, one way is to exaggerate the problems and distractions the favourite is dealing with, or make out he's not taking it seriously. Be seen out enjoying themselves, pretend they are not training.
Don't be surprised if that what's happening.

Fury has tremendous self belief and has backed up the talk for his entire career. But seeing him hanging out with celebrities, enjoying himself in cafes, resteraunts and enjoying family time is concering. Even more concering is seeing Sugar Hill accompany him to the clubs, bars and resteraunts, the trainer is suppossed to reign his fighter in but from this picture it appears Fury is calling all the shots.

Wilder all this time since the defeat has kept his head down, a low profile and has been quietly working on things and it appears he wants it more. His mindset is totally different this time and a savage beating finally made him introspect. If Fury gets careless for even one second, Wilder is capable of pulling of a Brazeale type Ko.

I feel Fury isnt in the same mind as when he came back. He had grown trough suffering but instead of going further it looks like the inactivity pulled him back to his destructive ways.
Im dissapointed in him for that.

Hope he doesnt implode again like vs wlad the second time.

His stock rose massively again after that 2020 Wilder destruction. If he loses concentration, gets careless, over confident or cocky for even a second, Wilder will get back his belt.

He should beat Wilder regardless. He enjoys a massive mental edge.

But Fury's an overweight slob, let's be honest. He needs an 'everest' type situation to motivate him. Otherwise, he's on cruise control.
The chances of a spectacular backfire at some point are there, whether in his next fight or down the road.

I love it. Though the odds are in Fury's favor, I'll be so happy if Deontay wins, he's a far more exciting fighter imo.

This is gonna be set up for a fourth fight between the 2. It will make boxing history as being the first time 2 heavyweight have fought each other 4 times for the title. Joshua will go on with his career and finish it without having fought the 2 highest profiled fighters of his generation if you’re not including old Wlad.

fURY CAN GET AWAY WITH TAKING ANY OTHER FIGHTER EASY BUT NOT THIS WILDER

Wilder has the potential to KO HIM
