    He better eat good "philipino meat", like the "philipino meat" of margarito's fight. Or he will receive a hell of a beating.

    The one he took for dinner vs thurman was good. But he will need better meat for this one.

    I'm loving the triple right jabs and hooks. Pac focusing on Manilla Ice for the Spence fight.

    That's the most casual looking training I've ever seen. Probably because it's not an actual training camp with freddie roach just yet.

    If Pacquiao wins the fight against Spence do you think that he's going to retire? I don't think that he is.

    I think he will have a retirement fight in the Philippines.

    When you're 40+, chances of injury are high. You take extra long to warm up because muscles aren't as limber as before. I used to wonder at my BJJ instructor for making us do 30m warmups. Now it all made sense.
