I think it will be the BBC. Alongside some interesting documentaries, we will get to see Dillian Whyte sweating through an episode of A Question of Sport as he tries to pick his own name out of a crossword, and Conor Benn being interviewed on Newsnight about Israel/Palestine.

Either a chromecast or firestick would do for you Donald. Chromecasts allow you to 'cast' a signal from your smartphone or tablet to your tv. So if you found a clip on youtube you could 'cast' it to your tv. Some smart tv's will also allow you to do this but my experience has been the chromecast is more reliable for this sort of thing.

The firestick is very handy for Prime, it has a remote control and you can install other apps in addition to DAZN. It's a quality piece of kit and considering you have Prime I think you'd probably find it useful with or without DAZN.

If you are canelling sky sports now because you just watch boxing fair play it will save you, you hope sky wont invest in boxing again because you might want to get sky again.

I think a partnership with the BBC would be a sensible move- they now show MMA cards and a regular Matchroom highlights show plus documentaries would not seem out of place. Hearn seemed to mention the BBC a lot in an interview with SecondsOut today. Partnering with another paywalled company wouldn’t make much sense to get people to subscribe to DAZN.

I feel sorry for people who that think boxing being taken to DAZN now, is the straw that has broken the camel's back for them, in regards to their Sky subscription.

That boxing no longer being on Sky has made them think that their Sky subscription is finally not worth the money now. Complete and utter madness to even think it was ever worth the money Sky charge.

I think you have misread this.

Our plan is to deliver the pay-per-view nights as part of the subscription offering."

His saying ppv will never be dead as other promoters do ppv. The quote says ppv nights will be part of the subscription.

Watching the ifl interview be reiterates ppv nights as part of the DAZN subscription. Didn't say an added paywall to the subscription.

To paraphrase "all the ppv events you saw on Sky outside AJ will now be on the DAZN schedule"

"PPV will still exist but it will only be for the major events like Anthony Joshua on sky box office"

"AJ has one fight left with Sky and talks will happen with sky regarding an extension and an announcement soon on Matchrooms new deal with AJ"

"AJ TV deal completly separate from matchroom deal with AJ"

No guarantee AJ will be going to DAZN.

    Rumour mill is at it.

    The stronger rumours:

Paulie Malignaggi on commentary as ‘in fight analysis’
    Also on commentary David Haye.

Tony Bellew in ‘pre fight analysis’

    Jobs for Adam Catterall.

Interviews and fighter story telling from IFL TV.

Heard similar names. Although I think Malinaggi will only be brought over for the higher profile fights. Can’t see him flying over 16 times a year.

I would guess Chris Lloyd would be on coverage presenting duties somewhere as for me he’s one of the best around.

I think they will have 10-12 presenters that will be rotated in different ways. My guess is Froch will be in there somewhere too given I haven’t seen him on Sky for a while and was doing the DAZN coverage for the Canelo vs BJS fight.

I don't want to be pedantic but to say that football is only Europe and South America is not true. It's the biggest show on earth. The biggest sport in Africa, huge in Asia ( particularly the Premier League ) and making big strides in the US and Australia. Boxing is a world sport but I'm not even sure it's bigger than football in Mexico.

The problem with the BBC is they are not allowed to advertise which is what you would ideally want in a partner, ie the Sky box office splash screen with a step by step guide and telephone number on screen shown during advert breaks or any other sporting event, ITV or Channel 5 make a lot more sense in this way as they can openly tell you to go subscribe to DAZN, I am sure BT used channel 5 in a similar way for a box office fight, it may have been Fury Wilder 2 if I am not mistaken, but they definitely did it once.

Why is Bellew there for? Hopefully Barry Jones and Andy Lee will be given jobs too.

I wonder if Adam Booth and Dave Coldwell will be on there from time-to-time since they did some punditry for Sky before.

He did a recent column on Sky website regarding Mayweather v Paul so I think his still with Sky.
