Can't see AJ moving. DAZN will have to offer him huge guarantees. Whyte possibly as his ppv numbers while very good still dependent on the right opponent.

Sky is just too expensive for what you actually get, there are no real benefits for being a subscriber.

If they gave subscribers a discount on PPVs then at least that would be something

Hopefully Hearn takes Bellew with him and ditches Froch and Nelson.

Also I'd take Kate Abdo over annoying Anna anyway.

Best of all? No more Adam Smith.

I don't begrudge UK PPV's to be honest. They are pretty reasonably priced at £10-25. We could be in the US and paying £60-80

    True.

My problem with it is the quality, when Hearn and Sky are saying Chisora is now a PPV fighter then I have a problem.

It's just sad, it's sad when the first thing Conor Benn is screaming "PPV Baby" after beating Vargas... that to me said all we needed to know about Matchroom fighters mentality.

You don't think every fighter on the planet wants to be earning PPV money?

I would have the same mentality if my chosen career had a shelf life of about 10 years and carries a risk of life changing injury every time I had to do the job. I'd be shilling myself out to the highest bidder regularly.

It was absolute suicide for Sky sports to give an exclusive contract to Matchroom. They gave them far too much power and left themselves out on a limb if Matchroom was to ever move on....

In general People want a lot of things, some even think they deserve them but it doesn't mean they are entitled to them.

Conor Benn didn't call out an opponent or scream he is the best.. his first thought was "PPV Baby"

This is a fighter that has fought nobody really worth fighting, hasn't even won british title ... hasn't even fought for a British title. He is nowhere near a world title shot.. but he is calling out old faded fighters who are way past their best and in his mind that is "PPV Baby"

Yet his first thought after a win in a meaningless fight is "I'm PPV"

It says all you need to know about how Matchroom are set up and how they think.

Maybe, but surely the mentality should be "earn it" instead of just demanding it.

AJ will move to DAZN after his next fight. If they can get Canelo then they can get AJ.

Yeah, I recently cancelled my Sky Sports subscription. I will be missing some big games but BT has enough for me. Just go old school and watch match of the day again or catch up on the highlights somewhere else. We still have the Champions League on BT.
