An opponent so awful that Pac had to walk through fire and brimstone to beat, spent time in the hospital after, looked daze and shaking during the post fight interview, and had his prime snatched?

An opponent so awful that Pac literally said that he was lucky to win the fight and years later said he was surprised he survived the fight?

An opponent so awful he hasn't won a significant fight in 2 years.

An opponent so awful he would never again win a significant fight.

An opponent so awful he was in the middle of a 1-3 run with two of those losses coming by ko.

An opponent so awful he would never again fight as low as 150 pounds.

Of course Pacquiao will big up his win, its one of his wins. But you say he's snatched his prime, yet a decade later Pacquiao has just schooled an unbeaten WW titlist and has just agreed to fight the number 1 WW in the world.

Watch the fight, Margarito looks every bit as awful as you'd expect him to do. He's a walking punch bag who slowly gets his face rearranged over the course of 12 rounds.

Pac's not one for sound bites. Pac was hurt throughout the fight and ended up in the hospital. It was the most grueling fight of his career.

It was a glorified sparring session against a man who hadn't beaten anyone of not for 2 years and would never again beat anyone of note.

Watchet he fight yourself. It isn't gruelling. It's easy work.

I've seen the fight many times. It was a grueling affair. A guy weighing 148 fighting off a guy weighing 165 who still had incredible punch resistance and stamina and workrate.

Put it this way, that version of Margarito would kill any lightweight and would beat Danny, Porter, Brook, Khan, Broner, maybe Thurman, and have a good chance of beating Spence. Would lose only to Crawford.

That version of Margarito hadn't beaten a world class fighter for two years and would never beat one again. He also got destroyed by Mosley, Pacquiao and Cotto.

You can make up a pretend resume of people he'd beat, but the reality is he didn't.

Hey, if your thing is refusing to give Pac credit for the fight because you're a hater, by all means. Only an idiot would call that a sparring session.

Everyone saw that it was a savage fight that left Pac hurt and shaking during the in ring interview.

I don't give him credit because Matho hadn't beaten anyone good for two years, would never again beat anyone good, was unranked and was bang in the middle of a 1-3 skid.

Pacquiao has many many world class victories, this isn't one of them.

Pacquiao's career has always been rife with steroid scandals

It's just strange that you focus on everything but the actual fight. If you watched the fight, you'd know that it was an extremely grueling fight.

Pacquiao completely and utterly dominated the fight. And rightly so.

Indeed, and a third one, the 22 something. Each replies to one another after a few or several minutes, always agreeing, no differences.

Yes, but it was a grueling fight, he was hurt multiple times, and ended up in the hospital.

He wasn't ever hurt in the fight. Margo never came close to winning the fight.

Only Pac haters suggest Pacquiao had any kinda difficulties that night.
