Prograis runs hot and cold but I need to see Teo at 140 first before making an honest prediction. He looks like he has the frame to move up and be successful though.

Rougarou campaigned at 152 in the ams and is a big 140 pounder

Prograis operates at top level, as of recent he shows that he is consistent and solid. No matter what Teofimo would have to work hard for a win.

Right now I'd take Rougarou who is proven at 140.

I think lopez stops him. Him and prograis are about the same size. But i think lopez is the better athelete/boxer. I dont think he'll have much problem fighting at 140 either

Lopez ofc is good and still there is was what it was.
He was not capable even to drop Nakatani who isn't largest 135 lbs division boxer at all, while he is larger than Loma.
Lopez was not able even to drop Loma.

If he had stopped in distance boxers like Linares and Campbell at 135 lbs I had been more confident about his abilities at 135 lbs, not alone 140lbs.

Naaaa, I think he is just underrated in the social boxing scene. If he fights and stop Ramirez would you think he is still overrated?

No i think ramirez is also overrated. Prograis problems for me are hes stiff at the waist, and i suspect hes hiding glass in that chin.

Stiff at the waist? He literally has the movement at the waist in the division.
