Billy Joe Saunders at 168 lost his slickness, wasnt comfortable at all but still made Clenelo look silly and was up on the cards by a wide margin

Billy Joe Saunders at 160 schools Clenelo

He would have needed more reach and more speed than he ever had.

Just think about how sharp some of these folks will look decades on if somebody is reading their history of boxing and stumbles on threads like these... I think that is what they are going for. They feel empowered and believe they are contributing to the outlook. No other reason for trolling. Then again, actually, loads of people thought Billy Joe would win when they fought so I guess those same people thought he'd win for the years before that. Further shows when the hate is real, the blinkers are up full force.

Not really debatable, an active 160lber Billy makes Canelo look very stupid. Billy Joe won 4/5 rounds despite looking terrible in his last 3 fights, being a bloated up 160lber, and not having an actual high level fight since 2017 against Lemieux.

Of course the delusional Canelo fanbase are at it again thinking he's some legendary fighter. Canelo is flat footed trash tbh that's feasting on a **** poor division and is running on those two robberies against a 35 yo Golovkin.

Anyone with any ounce of common sense can see how manufactured this fraud is but we'll keep hearing that made up p4p king narrative.. Laughable

2016/17 BJS squeaks a decision against 2016/17 Canelo

No version of BJS beats 2021 Canelo

How is BJS from a few years ago any more different than the one that just fought Canelo a few months ago?

Possible, that would be very close.
Lemieux version with that footwork, movement and elusiveness goes the distance, and has a chance of winning on the cards.

You will never get an answer to that question..

    People just wanna hate.
Canelo could fight all these guys he's "ducking" and guys like this are always gonna have some excuse.

Too scared to put his own p4p guy up. cus he knows, Canelo, for better or worse, is top guy in the sport today. Any other pick makes you look foolish.

I understand wanting "your guy" to have won and hate "the other guy", but can we at least keep it within the realm of reality.?

There was never a moment in that fight that Saunders looked like anything other than an eventual KO victim and I don't even like Canelo. I didn't have Saunders winning a ten second block, nevertheless a complete round.
