Roy Jones, no contest. He would be dancing like a male stripper one minute, and punching your lights out the next.
Hamed I'd say. From the ridiculously over the top entrances, the flamboyant shorts, the flip over the ring rope and that's even before he got into the ring. One of the stand out moments for me was when he was dragged down to the canvas one time then did a kip up onto his feet followed by a forward flip.
Yes it’s a toss up between Jones Jr and Hamed. I wasn’t really a Hamed fan but I remember that fight Brighton bomber mentioned. I laughed my ass off. Can’t remember but wasn’t even the ref smiling. His opponent must have thought “what the ****?” Then as mentioned Jones Jr doing a dance with his hands behind his back then flattening his opponent.
Still can't decide between RJJ and Prince! An honorable mention show off moment is PBF mid-fight answering a question posed by the commentary team: Commentator: So Roy do you like the Steelers or the Patriots? Floyd Mayweather: This content is protected
Nas and Roy are the most renowned showboaters for sure. I'd have Emmanuel Augustus as an outside shout too. May not have been an elite fighter, but he was one hell of a showman in the ring. The Drunken Master made a mockery of many fighters with his endless bag of tricks.
I’ve gone for SRL, nobody else on that list (pound for pound) could showboat against an opponent with as much quality and who carried such dangerous intentions as Roberto Duran and make him quit!!
Naz had too much of a clown, comedy, Ali G type element to his showboating, plus he couldn't hang with the best, so it was all a bit of a joke thing Leonard and Jones Jr were actually elite fighters who did it
Hamed and honestly it isn't close. Everyone listed showboats a bit but they get back down to business. And everyone listed I can think of fights where they didn't showboat at all. I cannot think of one fight I've ever seen of Hamed where he didn't
