I really like him. He's improving a lot, fight after fight. However I don't expect him to ever reach the top. I think he'll mix it with the best, he MIGHT get a belt with a 'lucky' matchup against a weak champ but I don't think he'll be at the top. I do hope sooner or later people start giving credit to guys even below the top level though.
Ohh, and fans are guilty here? He even did not had beated up anyone in level like Burton does have and you will name call his dad's surname as icon. He beated up lads beated up by more well known boxers and is ppv king? Nothing wrong, pro boxing never WAS a sport per se, LOL. Now even ex wrestlers might earn there a lot and YT superstars too, nothing wrong. It is business here and he is not NIGEL. Get THIS.
Top 10 possible, top 5 I would say unlikely but then again Benn has shown dramatic improvement and may continue to do so.
Maybe he is very good. I a bit biased cos best british boxer for me I had sparred with was Nigel. This was light spar not gym war and this was Nigel. Nigel was very good for me. I was young cat then, yeah.
First off, I'm not sure i know what you are saying. Second, it seems you've gotten angry and gone off on one as if I said something bad. Did you notice the question mark? That meant I wasn't making a statement, I was asking you if you agreed. For the life of me I can't understand why you've gone and had a meltdown. You made a comment and I asked "Conor lacks the amateur pedigree, so it's difficult to know"? In other words "is this what you meant"?
He definitely has something about him, given how much he has improved in a short space of time. I'd say he has a higher ceiling than Eubank Jr who I don't think has got any better in the past 5 years.
Agreed. Eubank jnr career seems to have stalled and he is running out of time. I definitely think Conor has more room to grow and improve, the question is just how far can he go?
Agreed. I voted "no chance" on the basis that I'd be surprised if he does make it all the way up. Sure, it's not impossible, but there's far enough to go (and so few that ever can make it) that it seems unlikely - less unlikely than it would be for a fighter with less spotlight and name recognition, but there's only so far that can take you.
That's my view, yes. And there's only so far that can take you unless you have the goods to back it up - maybe he can develop those goods, maybe not, but I'm not convinced just yet...
The fact he thinks he is ppv star when he hasn't even fought for a British title and is running scared of David avesnyan tells u all you need to know
