In this crap presser Fury admitted he`s been training 18 months for Wilder proving he was never going to figt AJ and was lying when he said he had stopped training and was drinking 12 cans of beer a day due to the AJ fight not being made quick enough and lying when giving an ultimatum to Hearn to get the AJ fight signed, he also joked about fighting Wilder a fourth or fifth time, why is he so against fighting AJ and why is he so obsessed with Wilder?

This is all fangirl drama nonsense.

Fury has always been someone who plays mind games and you’re falling for the show.

It’s genius in a way, you believe him when he says one thing and call him a liar about the next. He’s a liar who says contrary things to play both sides up the middle. You believe what you want to and discard the rest. You have ZERO clue about what really happened behind the scenes or what Fury wants, thinks or believes.

Kind of the same way you throw out multiple clickbait style topics to get responses like mine.

If there is someone in boxing who isn't worth taking at their word it is Tyson Fury.

You know things like this is the reason why I want him to lose this Wilder fight.

But on the other hand we have even more delusional Wilder, They really deserve each other.

Chatting **** like he always does. Give my purse to charity as I’m a fighting man, any athlete deserves all the money they get as it’s hard work, I’m a prizefighter so I’ll fight anyone at anytime etc etc.

He’s a constant contradiction to himself you can’t believe a word he says about anything.

    Fury likes saying random stuff.

He finds it funny to wind people up.

One day he'll say he's been training the house down and is the best shape of his life, the next day he'll say hes been drinking 15 cans of beer a day.

    BJS is the same.

People would be a lot better off taking what he says with a grain of salt

Fury knows where his bread and butter lies. The bomb squad told him to ditch Eddie Hearn and his father, and he's now in good hands. Looking forward to the fourth fight early next year! Gonna be an eye opener of a decision when Deontay survives all 12 rounds, against that treacherous gypsy king!

I might have missed that part of the presser. I recall Fury mentioning that he's been with Sugar for 18 months training, which would speak to his increased familiarity with Kronk ways. I don't remember Fury stating he was or wasn't training for AJ, so I can neither confirm nor deny his opponent focal point over the course of 18 months.

He was talking about working with the Kronk gym for 18 months. Literally 10 minutes earlier he said the switch from AJ to Wilder didn't hurt him because he had not started training yet.

How is it even possible to take this so far out of context.

Wouldn't it be a wonderful thing if Fury had wasted AJ and Hearn's time? Who would be against such a thing?
Enjoy AJ while you can, because either Usyk or Fury will finish what Mr Snickers started.
