Both were before my time, observed and appreciated in retrospect then live, so that's probably why I have Savage higher (and I've never forgiven that dastardly Flair betraying Sting and beating Ricky Steamboat ) Though I appreciate how you have clearly-superior Bret Hart well above the effeminate overactor known as Shawn Michaels. Also Jerry Lawler way too low; his punches belong in the hall of fame by themselves. (Undertaker is my #1 but that is personal bias of "reason I became a wrestling fan".)

 

I have a sneaking suspicion - I might be wrong - that CST80 likes lists

 

There was no one better at making other opponents look good than Hbk. Benoit and Angle are the greatest technicians the ring has ever seen. Sad you can't even say Benoit anymore because he murdered his family.

 

Always found that aspect of HBK's game grossly overrated. If you can't get (of all people) BIG VAN VADER over then that's an overstated part of your game. Give me Bret Hart's subtle little head nods when the 1-2-3 Kid arm-drags him halfway across the ring over HBK's comic flailing any day of the week.

 

I can't shake the feeling Rosado is gonna shock the world this afternoon.

 

Bret was a legend no doubt but as I said Angle and Benoit are the best ever.
