There are levels to every punch, what you're trying to do is get many of Canelo's power punches below the "mostly" landed threshold and award them zero points. But many of his power shots at least landed somewhat and to be fair you have to give credit to power punches that are half landed, half blocked and weigh them depending on various factors like if it was blocked by the glove or the arm (glove is better for the defender) and how much force the punch had on it even if it was partly blocked.

You don't have to give Canelo full credit for partly blocked shots but there needs to be some credit if it lands somewhat or if it's only partly blocked by the arm. If something is cleanly blocked by the glove that's a block and it's better for the fighter who successfully blocked. If it's half blocked by the glove and half lands, it's still better for the fighter who threw the punch. If it's half blocked by the arm or elbow and half lands to the body, it's better for the fighter who threw the punch, but the fact that it was intercepted by some arm or elbow does take away its cleanness in landing. For one, half landed body punches still need to be credited. If one fighter is not throwing to the body (GGG) and the other fighter is (Canelo) the fighter who is landing or half landing to the body deserves credit. Half landed body shots even mostly blocked by arm body shots are still effective punches. There are many punches in the rematch that could fall in the "half landed, half blocked" category and thus not deemed clean. Also credit needs to be given for a fighter who throws more combinations. Canelo threw a lot of combinations many of which were blocked or half blocked but still as a combination of half blocked half landed punches is still a scoring flurry of punches.

I think you make a fair argument about the left hook by Canelo being blocked in the 6th round. You calling that a block isn't unreasonable, I would call it "half landed, half blocked" and I think you have to reward blocking with gloves differently than blocking with an elbow especially on a forceful body shot like that. You have arbitrarily created a scoring system that doesn't even differentiate between clean power punches and "mostly" clean landed power shots. Of course there's a difference. And you have varying levels of power and varying levels of landing clean. You could have a clean hook that lands but has no power. I know GGG had a bunch of these on Canelo. Then you have Canelo landing a clean hook with tons of more power but you may not deem it "huge". If you're giving a light clean landed hook the same points as a harder clean landed hook, you're not crediting what's happening accurately.

If you want to document your scoring of the match, you would really need to provide time stamps on every punch that landed that you counted and how you scored each punch. Based on the time remaining in the round. You don't have to include missed punches, and we really only need to examine the rounds that we disagree as to who won the round. So which rounds did you score for GGG and which rounds did you score for Canelo? We should start there then examine which rounds we disagree on, then go into time stamps of which punches you say landed and how you scored them in your system for those rounds we disagree about who won. That's the only real way to get to the bottom of it.

Okay, thanks for the good reply here.
I didn't score them as 0 points, I did however give some head shots 2 points throughout the fight for punches that were not clean enough to be a 3 pointer but also not weak enough to be a 1 pointer. But there were maybe 7 or 8 instances where I gave 2 points for head shots. Also please I wanna double up on the fact that I didn't show any bias while counting the punches, I missed quite a few golovkin shots which just grazed the target, I just didn't feel they were scoring shots in my book. I would say that over 12 rounds, Golovkin landed a lot more potential scoring punches that I didn't count, especially jabs that made contact but it was very minimal so I didn't even count them as they would probably be worth 0.25 points if I was to be this specific. So if I was to score every single shot that made some contact (even minimal) the lead that Golovkin had using my system would have been even greater.

It would require way too much work to timestamp every single shot, my job is focused on analysis heavily so I love doing stuff like that in my free time but that would take 15-20 hours. Who know I might do that when I'm bored and have a week off.

Probably because GGG threw so many more jabs overall. GGG threw over 24 more jabs per round than Canelo. Jabs are the easiest punch to land. If you throw 24 more jabs per round than your opponent, chances are you're gonna land more punches just by luck. But you don't determine who won rounds based on glancing jabs that are partly blocked or partly slipped. These are meaningless punches for the most part when compared to flush power shots. The jabs that matter were the relatively rare flush and stiff jabs that both fighters had success landing occassionally throughout the bout.
