I just spent 4 HOURS watchin GGG - CANELO 2 at 0.25 speed, TOTAL punch stats + unique punch scoring.

But you only giving Canelo 1 round (round 2) and claiming that you only gave him round 6 and 7 out of pity, and how those could have gone to GGG or 10-10, is far from close but clear. There's no way in hell GGG won 11 rounds to 1 which according to you is a reasonable score.

 

Goes to show that judging in real time is difficult.

 

just out of curiosity, lance. what exactly do you think just went on there? what does your reality look like? do you think you proved something i said to be wrong? do you think you proved something you said to be right? where exactly have you placed yourself in the situation up to this point?

 

Just to be clear, the only rounds that GGG won "clearly" in the rematch were rounds 1, 4 and 10. Every other round is either a Canelo round or debatable. Canelo's best rounds for me were rounds 2, 3, 6, 7 and 11. I think it's important to split rounds 11 and 12 if we're not scoring rounds even. Both 11 and 12 were both so close it would be wrong to score both of those rounds for either fighter. Realistically, rounds 5, 8, 9, 11 and 12 were so close each could all be scored even. If you score those even you get GGG winning 1, 4, 10, Canelo winning 2, 3, 6, and 7 with 5 rounds even. That's a reasonable score for me. Round 5 for me I thought should go to Canelo as well, but scoring that even is fine by me since GGG did better that round than he did in round 6 or 7. I just don't see how you can give Round 5 to GGG with the kind of punches Canelo landed and his ring generalship that round, but I could stomach scoring it even given how well GGG fought in the round and kept it tight.

But to argue that any of rounds 5, 8, 9, 11 or 12 were clear GGG rounds you got to be out of your mind. Each of those rounds were super close and it's splitting hairs to choose a winner in any of those rounds.

 

Yeah it is. I had scored some KB fights, had refused to do this for pro boxing: this responsibility level for me was too high, I need repeat and better if in slow motion like 1/2- 1/4.

im not a troll, although i sometimes do. who doesnt? but even when im trolling, theres a truth and fact based foundation under the trolling. i dont just swing **** at the walls like a quarter of the forum does. thats why even my trolling is effective, cause that kernel of truth behind it still stings like hell. nobody gives a **** about a 12yo trolling, it dont mean nothing. but i can get 20 guys on here to start kicking their dogs over one of my posts. thats effectiveness.
