He won the worst Boxing Super-Series tournament (which featured such stellar super-middleweights as one-armed Groves, a weight-drained light-heavyweight, a bloated middleweight, a kickboxer, Avni Yıldırım, and worst of all, Chris Eubank Jr.) Caleb Plant and Billy Joe Saunders were also champions during his reign. There was no 'king' of the super-middleweights. That's why what Canelo is doing is worthy of praise here, despite the opposition being less-than-stellar. There will finally be a king and a shining beacon of light in this otherwise dunghill division.

Good if true but a win over Bivol isn't gonna impress me much, dude hasn't looked good for yearsl Props if he fights and beats Beterbiev, yeah Beterbiev is getting old but he's still a ****ing monster. Actually, any Artur fan should pray this fight happens as a win over Canelo would cement a most 'unlikely' HOF pro career for Beterbiev.
At the end of the day if one of those fights happen it gonna be Beterbiev, he is slow, predictable and easy to hit, i also have seen him getting hurt and he was dropped 2 times. Bivol got fastest feet and probably best punch output at LHW.
There was an article about a month or so ago when Reynoso hinted at these fights and posted that excuses (such as this) would start flying. Some of you are predictable AF.

Andrade and Charlo are ducking each other. So while Canelo is making champions look like average fighters, average fighters are making Charlo and Andrade look bad.

Canelo should stay away from Bivol. Beterbiev would be a good fight even with his old age. His style doesn’t require a lot of youth
I'm not a Canelo fan personally but it's got so partisan with him it's ridiculous. If he stays at 168 he's ducking, of he steps up then they're shot or cherry picks. He's a potential ATG fighting in an era with a serious drought of talent and lack of dance partners. If he hangs around at 168 and fights GGG again then calls up Charlo and Andrade he'd be accused of being a weight bully.
Both fights are good but Beterbiev and Bivol both coming off less than stellar performances. I'll be watching....
