Pacquiao "IS" juicing but it won't save him from Spence beating him. Honestly though no way any fighter can juice for that long and not commit suicide by now. I think he cycles a bit just to get going and stops once he is in the zone. If Pac or anyone juiced for nearly 10 years their heart would stop. Look how many body builders have had heart attacks.
