Wilde is arguably the biggest pound for pound puncher ever. It's definitely him.

    There are so many:

Wilfredo Gomez - 42 Kos in 44 wins.

Carlos Zarate - 63 Kos in 70 fights.

Israel Vazquez - Dynamite fight changing power in both fists. He dented a lot of guys faces and could turn a fight around in one exchange. Often not mentioned but his power was for real.

Rafael Marquez - Even though he was very technical at 118 lbs this guy was a monster. Before the Vasquez fights his record was 36-3 with 32 KOs. Israel Vasquez said that Marquez was the hardest puncher he ever faced and his fists felt like mallets when they landed. Just look at Vasquez's face in all their fights.

Michael Carbajal - A power punching stalker with a huge straight right and heavy left hook. Very exciting fighter and carried his power all the way through a fight. Proper 1 punch KO power. He has to be somewhere at the top of your list.

Alexis Arguello - He is my number 1. After the Torres at 126 lbs his record was 45-4 with 36 kos. And was just getting started he went all the way to 140 and was just as powerful in those divisions as well.

Srisaket Sor Rungvisai - His left hand is a pulverizing club. Crude at times but legit ko power. 43 KOs in 50 wins. I think hes one of the hardest pure punchers I've seen. Such a strong fighter who banks on that power to move guys around the ring,.

Vic Darchinyan - at Flyweight Vic was a pure killer. The wierdest style but it worked for him. His known for being more of a top opponent later in his career, but at one time this guy was top p4p at Flyweight. When Nonito beat him it was a huge shock, Vic had won his last 10 fights, 9 by stoppages.

Plus Ruben Olivarez, , Bazooka Limon.

P4P, it's Wilde. It's pretty hard to argue otherwise.

Has to be Wilde. A guy who weighed less than 100 lbs at his best, who scored that many KO’s as high as featherweight…

Of the ones we have extensive coverage on film, below featherweight, I think Zamora has to be in the discussion as his power with one punch was debilitating. Zarate can’t be far off, as far as pure power in each hand.
