Good news for Fury if it's true and if it's not him who is infected. He definitively looks like he has some extra weight to get rid off. I hope he'll take advantage of this new situation and get ready for war. Wilder will certainly get ready, because it's his last chance to prove he's not a fraud.

That really sucks. I was looking forward to that whole card not just the main event.

Did Teo swing by to wish him luck? Hope this ain’t true. How can a team be careless about Covid at this time? With this much money on the line. Dumb if it’s true. I don’t believe anyone until there is concrete proof.

That's not what that TR quote means, unfortunately. They are just saying it's not officially postponed, but Coppinger and the others on the ground all think it's inevitable. This sucks.

Lets hope Fury doesn't contract it, he's fully vaccinated so chances are he's fine. He'll just have to be in isolation for 10 days, which isn't ideal prep for this fight but with less than 2 weeks to go he should be about ready to stop sparring and taper his training so he's optimal for fight night.

Fury is the absolute king of mind games, don't let that fact slide. I doubt this is an issue, and the date will still be solid.

If AJ can fight with a restricted crowd in ****ing december 2020, then this fight can happen with a restricted crowd.

AJ's fights are massively more popular than any of the fighters involved in this.

Yes the BT lack of promotion has been odd.

    Since when?

There is nothing to suggest Fury could sell the numbers of tickets AJ has.

There is no way a Fury v Usyk fight would be taking place at a football stadium like White Hart Lane.

:risas3: You're another delusional AJ fan. Of course Fury vs. Wilder or Fury vs. Usyk would do the exact same numbers in the UK.

Again you base this argument on what exactly?

A Fury v Wilder 3 fight certainly wouldn't as believe it or not after two fights where the second fight the winner was so emphatic the popularity of of a third fight just isn't there.

Fury would absolutely sell the fight out if it was on UK soil.

He's not fought here for years - there would be a lot of enthusiasm.
