    In 1983, Manos De Piedra lost to arguably the greatest and best middleweight in history, Marvin Hagler, by a close UD losing by only one point on two of the three cards.

    Who is the absolute best, prime middleweight you would favour this version of Durán to beat?

    I dunno if he's the best I'd pick him over, but I think he'd batter Tony Zale. And he's awful for Ketchel.

    I would fancy him to beat Kalambay on points with his style.

    Yeah but only against Jack Johnson and the fourth Papke fight, which was much poorer than their previous fights, and not considered impressive at the time unlike his other efforts.

    I don't see Duran beating Kalambay. I think he'd be outpointed comfortably due to Kalambay's superior mobility at the weight.

    Duran would beat Rocky Graziano - a guy who was there to be hit and would want to trade with Duran. He'd be made to order for middleweight Duran.
