Charlo has a strong start and that might get him a dubious W. But I am somewhat strongly backing Castano on this one. The dude is legit. Jermell is too focused on landing big punches, and he gets visibly discouraged when he struggles to land at an effective rate. Castano has a solid defense and he will be picking up a lot of shots from Jermell. He also applies a lot pressure with constant feinting, level changes and general volume. Castano UD.
Thats sounds very reasonable, but now factor in the fact that it's Charlo in Texas,and how bad PBC and Showtime want Charlo to be undisputed, for marketing purposes. The only good that could come out of a Castano victory would be PPV rematch.
Charlo has a 6 inch reach advantage and about a 4 inch height advantage along with a pretty good punch. He should take a UD or late TKO. Should be an entertaining fight though.
Im going with charlo has physical advantages that his style can take advantage of. Castano is predictable with his offense an can be timed comming in. Castano is available for the uppercup or left hook to the body. I do like castano defence but his offence leaves him open and he is not that fast. Castano style really needs a guy backing up charlo has enough dog in him he wont allow that, So going toe to toe somebody is getting ktfo. yeah charlo has got this.

It seems all tangibles point to a Charlo victory by late tko or UD. Would like to see Castano pull it off especially after the weigh-in theatrics and the glove controversy by team Charlo.
