If Inoue stays collected and doesn't reach like how Barrera did, then I could see him knocking Nas out. But to be honest I'd probably bet on Hamed to take this one.
Watch the 'Little Prince Big Fight' documentary before the Barerra fight and you can see for yourself.
Have watched it did not change my mind.....Barrera did not fear Him like most of his opponents You could see it from the first bell....
Inoue couldn't even ko old shot Donaire how in hell hes going to stop someone who was never stopped and that not even the great Barrera come close to stopping?? Inoue is very hyped in here..
There's no secret and it's all quite well documented that Hamed had to crash a **** load of weight and his hands were in bits and had been operated on many, many times leading up to the Barrera fight. Not shot but, nowhere near his best either. I get that people love to bash Naz cuz of his over the top cockiness and all round A holiness but, if you think that Barrera beat anything like the best Naz, you're way off the mark. Could the very best Naz have beaten Barrera? Maybe but, I'm not going to crap all over Naz cuz of an off night right at the end of his illustrious career. Hamed at his very best was absolutely legit, and depending on the weight the fight is held at, Naz V Inoue is a 50/50 shootout as both can seriously bang and both have displayed a solid chin.
Agree with all of your comments except your judgement on this fight in the last sentence. I make Inoue favourite following the MAB blueprint and having proven himself to have a granite chin.
The "shot version" doesn't exist. The verison who just obliterated Oubaali and went life and death with a high ranking pound-for-pounder would still beat the twenty year old bantamweight Naseem Hamed. Everything about Naz is perfect for Donaire. And if you want to criticize dominant, winning performances, I'll run you through some of Naz's wins; none of which are as impressive as beating Donaire - the #2 in the division - empathetically: • Dropped by Daniel Alicea • out-boxed badly by Medina • dropped and hurt vs an old Kelley • struggled badly with Cesar Soto • life and death with Augie Sanchez • out-classed by Barrera
