Considering going into the first match his fans guaranteed Canelo was getting knocked out or hurt badly, what ended up happening wrecked their world. They were expecting a GGG domination which didn't happen. In the rematch they were expecting GGG to fight Mexican Style because that's all GGG was talking about but he ended up fighting cautiously in a backwards style. And in the process GGG was given a beating. He was beat up worse by Canelo than anyone he fought in his career by far. How the judges scored it doesn't represent the damage and punishment Canelo inflicted on him in the ring. You could see the wounds of war on GGG after the rematch. This was not what GGG fans predicted or expected. They expected GGG to win and win convincingly both times. Neither ended up happening. Canelo did something that GGG fans thought was impossible. Canelo held his ground and took it to GGG in the rematch becoming the aggressor and took the fight to GGG in a way that GGG fans did not think was possible. So none of what GGG's fans said would happen ended up happening. GGG was punished both times in ways that GGG fans delusionally considered out of the realm of possibility.

 None of this even means jack since it's just some rabid fan talk. Why do you make such a huge deal outta some fans saying 3G would win via KO? Just how freaking over-sensitive are you anyway???

Wah-Wah, "he said she said". Canelo himself promised he would knock GGG out. What happened to that?

In reality sensible people know how difficult it is to stop skilled enemies. Jacobs had already gone the distance before Canelo-GGG 1.
The sport is boxing, not WWE.

Twice?? You might want to lower your consumption of Patron.

First fight GGG handily beat Canelo and it was razor close in the second and you've the gall to use the word wrecked? Sounds rich coming from a guy who was arguing that Charlo-Castano could be a draw

The second bout "win" against GGG is Canelo's greatest achievement.

yep. except i started losing it further back. like the second fight. all the mexican style talk to then be reduced to backing up behind a jab, is not my idea of mexican style. he knows it as well as i do. his fans can do whatever mental gymnastics they want to try and explain all that for their own well being. i dont need those crutches. i used to play up ggg like a genuine atg level, but he sure didnt live up to my hype.

118-110 Canelo, 115-113 GGG, 114-114 is Canelo being "beaten handily" LMAO. That's funny.

The real question is: Is believing that Canelo "wrecked" Golovkin twice more delusional than believing the earth is flat?

Last I checked Shadow ticks both those boxes so he's riding high o_O

 you started losing respect over some silly "Mexican style" talk??? Do you lose respect for all fighters who say they will KO their opponent, but don't?? Same thing....
