Sorry but arent practically all of Franks shows filled with prospects? If he takes them all and puts them on here, who on earth fills his actual cards? For reference this weekend had;# Chris Bourke 9-0 David Adeleye 6-0 Micky Burke 4-0 Michal Soczynski debut Sam Noakes 6-0 Charles Frankham 2-0 George Fox 3-0 his last card of the 7 fights had; Karol Ituama 2-0 Levi Frankham 1-0 Sam Noakes 5-0 Muhammad Ali 2-0 Dennis McCann 9-0 Before that: Caoimhin Agyarko 8-0 Nathan Heaney 11-0 Liam Davies 8-0 Daniel Buciuc 10-0 Tommy Fury 5-0 Goerge Bance Debut Adam Mohamad 1-0 All against Bus Drivers Blimey if this fella is doing prospect shows. I cant wait for his main shows.
I do think hearn is putting better fights, the journeymen that frank uses are dull and don't try and win. saying that hearn puts on alot of women fights and they are not good at all. Franks also signing alot more prospects still so its gonna be alot of young kids needing fights and going to be on the main show.
This is nail on the head, Eddie is filling his stack world title cards with Shazza vs some women who would be area level. Both are guilty of moderate cards atm. I think Saturday is a solid card from Frank, 3 genuinely good fights. The Birmingham card looks good as well. I like the aspect that they will all be broadcast free on BTs YouTube channel
We say that but he also sticks people like Kieron Conway on the undercard of Canelo. Let’s face it franks cards have a couple of good fights but no one knows Chris bourke, essowman or Ennis brown. All well and good having 50/50 fights but when nobody’s except the fighters mum and dad have a scooby who they are it falls on deaf ears It’s like the fighters go 8-0 against journeyman then thrown in against each other in 50/50 fights but the issue is no one watched the previous 8 to care.
Agree with that. Nobody outside the boxing hardcore knows half of these fighters. Can remember talking about the Bentley v Heffron rematch the day after to my mates and they'd never heard of them nor knew they were fighting. The same weekend they all watched that all women's Matchroom card. Unfortunately, in the world we now live in, marketing is king.
