Joyce has his mandatory shot, but he wont be fighting Joshua/Usyk any time soon, as either will likely go on to fight for the undisputed afterwards.

I don't think Joyce will wait around and stay inactive for potentially over a year, not at his age. He needs to stay active.

He needs a challenging fight, but nothing way too overwhelming.

I'd say he should fight Chisora. Chisora vs Joyce would be a real crowd pleaser, and I think the right opponent for Joyce to prove he's really gonna be a top 10 threat.

Some people may say it's high risk, but if he cannot beat Chisora, then he might as well give up now.

I wouldn't get him to risk his mandatory against the likes of Ortiz, Ruiz or Whyte, but Chisora would be a good, challenging fight in the mean time.

Some people may disagree, but I consider Chisora a good step up from Takam and Dubois. Dubois may cry for a rematch, but the kid should learn his place and take his time, and Chisora KO'd Takam.

If Joyce can blast away Chisora, then he's done as much as Usyk has to prove his worth at this level, if not more. Beat Chisora convincingly, and you've done as much as Usyk and more than Parker.

Chisora would be a nightmare for Joyce. Chisora has no fear, no limits and will not stop punching.

Joyce doesnt even move his head.

I would say Joyce would need to get Chisora's respect by using his jab and power as an advantage however I dont think Chisora actually cares as long as he gets paid.

Chisora is a handful for pretty much anyone, but I think Joyce would knock him out eventually. It's not hard to hit Chisora.

Chisora would expend a lot of energy and his punches wouldn't faze Joyce that much. Joyce would eventually catch him, and at least score a knockdown.

Joyce's reach and jab would also cause Chisora problems I think

Yeah It would make an Interesting match up. Chisora actually looks fluid when compared to how stiff JJ actually Is.

Chisora would probably fight JJ like he did against David Price. Although with little success for a knock out due to Joe's granite chin.
If JJ can throw a 1-2 straight down the pipe all night I cant see Chisora lasting long.

Bit of a pointless (though fun) fight, since Chisora is basically the same level as Takam, just a bit tougher, a bit harder hitting, and a bit less skilled. Joyce should pound him into a late TKO in fairly one-sided fashion.

Chisora is my favourite heavyweight right now. Joyce/Chisora would no doubt be fun while it lasts. I think Chisora can give him problems with his overhand right which is a punch Joyce seems most open too.

But I don't think Chisora can take him out early and he doesn't have the engine to be competitive for more than 4-6 rounds. Joyce will take over, might even stop him, though Chisora is tough and I think he is wiley enough to see the final bell but lose a decision.

I don't see this fight happening though. Joyce and Warren tried to make this a while ago and Chisora simply is out of their price range for Joyce as Chisora has been making 7 figure paydays recently. They'll need to pay Chisora high 6 figures at the bare minimum to make it happen.

    7 digits sum for sure.

I think Hrgovic should book Chisora fight, don't know are they ready to open wallets for this.

Chisora has a KO chance for the first 4 rounds, if he could hurt Joyce. Who knows

Chisora is guaranteed to gas by the fourth round at this stage and he stops throwing proper punches by the sixth, he has a bad style for confronting Joyce.

This is why Del was at Saturdays fight

DAZN have said they aint paying for him and Parker

He turned up trying to show Hearn and co he has other alternatives

Not quite sure he does though

I think he needs to except that the massive pay days are over and that in all honesty, he was fortunate to get them

I think Chisora would take the first 5-6 rounds and would eventually get TKOed when he gasses out.
However it's very very very very very hard to KO Chisora with one punch and hes one of the toughest mofos in boxing.
I wouldn't be surprised if it goes to a decision and ends up being very close.

I wondered why he was there. What you say makes sense I can't say the idea of Parker/Chisora 2 was that enthralling to me even if the first fight was decent and competitive.

It was crazy he was getting those kind of paydays in the first place. But he can still make a decent payday he just needs to accept his days as a PPV gatekeeper are over lol. Fights with Joyce or Hrgovic would be good.
