Usyk will do to Joshua what Joyce did to Takam, only not get hit as much while doing it. This match will be shockingly one sided, and will end in a stoppage victory for Usyk.
I don't think there will be ko/tko in this fight. We gonna watch Joshua's calmest and most controlled fight after Parker and the second Ruiz fight. Joshua by UD is good option.
Im no expert. Usyk In the later rounds like when he fought Belew. Not sure why alot of people think Usyk Is feather fisted. He doesn't need knock out power. He will frustrate, confuse, and strike fear and most importantly doubt Into AJs mind which that alone will give him a massive mental advantage and cause AJ to make mistakes and tire out. If Usyk just stood there and traded with AJ then yes I think AJ would steam roll him, however Usyk Is way too smart for that. Way too smart. I dont think the fight will get exciting until the last few rounds where Usyk will chip away at AJ as AJ tires. If anyone In this thread who Isn't that experienced and has sparred before then you'd know when you start to get hit a lot you tend to lose focus and make mistakes. AJ doesnt and hasn't had the experience as a pro to deal with those kids of situations. (Ruiz Jr was the first time I bet) He normally steam rolls people. Usyk had around 340 amateur fights. Usyk TKO mentally and physically.
Sometimes I seriously doubt your boxing knowledge. Wtf did Joyce do to Takam? Nothing. He was doing nothing but landing jabs and eating big right hands. He won because he was bigger, stronger, younger, a bigger puncher and had a better chin. Takam was ahead on the cards for sure prior to the stoppage. Usyk has none of those advantages against Joshua except having a better chin.
Usyk even being over the hill and if will come in at 230-235 lbs will move in the ring faster than Takam, 39 y.o Pulev, 39 y.o Povetkin or Parker. Yeah. If A.J will start to gas out like he did vs old Pulev, Usyk might stop him. If no, then A.J will win this one, I think. Doesn't matters how: cards or stoppage. Pulev from fight vs A.J not likely was capable to last 10 rounds vs the same Dorticos or Briedis versions from 2020 th September. Not alone " capable " to beat Usyk or even Parker or Chisora. Slow, predictable and yeah, easier opponent than Takam or damn...... most likely easier opponent A.J had in any title fight. Pulev from Klit fight was 33, now he is 39. Yeah, father time does work and is undisputed champion in boxing.
If it's close, then champion getting benefit of the doubt on close rounds will usually win... Regardless of which fighter might have been marginally better across the fight as a whole. Close fights can go either way... For it to be a robbery it needs to be very, very clear which fighter won and yet still get called the other way (or even draw), at least in my book.
They say "father time" is undefeated, but "has a winning record" is more appropriate. Many have overcome the odds in their advanced years. Regardless of what you say, Pulev has always been overrated and his best wins are Chisora, Hughie Fury, Ustinov who are all mediocre. He is over listed in height and looked like a small man next to Joshua, Klitschko and Fury. It was great to see the punk KO'd again.
Usyk will be Joshua's toughest test since Wladmir definitely. AJ will be worried, all his fans will be worried and I think at some point Usyk will be in control like Waldmir was, but I think around rounds 8-10, AJ will find a way to hurt Usyk and will finish him late. Round 10 AJ KO's.
