Usyk can outbox AJ but it is much more likely to result in UD. Quite strong punches are needed even for TKO. Usyk isn't even natural HW. Also, AJ has underrated defense and won't let any stoppage result.

Parker was quicker than AJ, Usyk throws quicker combo`s and has less mass to shift, plus when AJ tires if the fight goes to the late rounds he could get slower.

AJ is a dynamic fighter but has been caught a lot in fights, Povetkin caught him repeatedly, Takam caught him with a lot of counters, Pulev got through a few times and AJ never looks comfortable when he gets hit, Usyk is more cmposed.

Yes, Joshua really had a "fear of being punched". But after the matches you mentioned, he tasted canvas 4 times and he knows what it's like to be really punched. I think we will watch a calm and economical Joshua. This match will be Joshua vs Parker v2.0. Both sides can win by decision.

The majority of the fight will be usyk trying to close the range to land, he should have some success with his unorthodox style but I see him eventually walking on to something big from AJ and fighting cautiously from then on.

AJ via ud in a fairly frustrating fight to watch

It's funny to see people arguing if Usyk has enough power to score the KO... Whoever says that Usyk is featherfisted, please go take a punch from a professional boxer that is ober 200 lbs. No matter who the boxer is. In the HW division you need just one perfectly scored punch and it will be over.

If you put the weight on correctly, yes. But most boxing training in this regard is a bit in the dark ages.

Training the posterior chain and hips with Olympic lifting and resistance based plyometrics will massively increase your maximal power output.

If fat Andy can KO AJ, then ofcourse Usyk has a chance.
I do think Usyk will be slower on his feet with the added bulk which is a bad thing IMO, but extra weight never hurt fat Andys KO power agaisnst AJ so who knows.
This is going to be interesting, I can see Usyk on his bike for the first 6 rounds, then AJ on his for the last 6 as he starts to gas.
I'm leaning towards Usyk, because I think he has the skills to excecute the plan he obviously has, he's not bulking up for looks.

lol! You make Usyk sound like Pulev, he will be the most skilled fighter AJ has ever faced and will confuse the hell out of him.

Even though I want Joshua to win, I may place a bet on Usyk. They're offering good odds.

It’s pretty much accepted that Ruiz, while it wasn’t a lucky punch, he was lucky with where it landed, Joshua was completely disoriented by the effects and never recovered! Even so he boxed on for a further 4 rounds when just about every other Heavyweight would have been finished in Rd 3.

We’ve seen AJ get hit flush and walking on by Wlad and still get up to win the fight.
We’ve seen AJ completely gas and struggle after dominating a fight or expending too much energy going for the finish.

Most of his issues, Ruiz apart, have been as a result of experimenting with his conditioning and searching for his ideal weight. He now seems settled at around 238lbs to 244lbs! Gone are the 250lb+ days at least for now, maybe he’ll hit that weight again as he winds down his career.

At 240lbs he’s fairly slick, has good footwork and his mobility allows him to close distance and get back out without much of a response from his opponent. Equally at that weight he seems to have resolved his stamina issues and can box on the front or back foot for 12 rounds. Crucially he retains his power and frighteningly he for his opponents he is quicker at delivering that power in a single shot or in a variety of combinations.

Too many comments are by people who still judge Joshua based on his performances when still a sub 20 fight novice. He won his first World Title in his 16th fight when he was still in the early stages of his upward learning curve. He’s learned a lot since then mainly about himself his weight and his conditioning but also about his ideal training camp, pre fight relaxation and he’s learned how to be a better boxer/puncher with a variety of combos that suit his physical assets.

Usyk is a great fighter, it’s going to be a very interesting fight!

Chisora tends to land a lot early on against anyone except for Fury that one time, and that was down to Fury being a masterful outside boxer on that night.

He most definitely can, he had Chisora badly hurt more than once in their fight and I'd say that Chisora has a significantly better chin than Joshua.
Once he starts putting his combos together any guy can get hurt pretty badly.
