Joyce is experienced enough and proving so far that he is legit top10 HW. Not sure how he would look like against top5
I think Wilder is all wrong for him. Cant see any other outcome than KO1 for Wilder. Joyce seems to have an excellent chin, but he is a slow starter and you cant miss him with a right hand.

LOL im tired of people saying that. Fury would box his face off at a distance and would just clinch with Joyce when they get close and Joyce would be able to do nothing. Joyce is a good fighter who could potentially clear half the top 10. but his slowness is going to cost him against Joshua, Fury, Usyk and potentially even Wilder and we saw a glimpse of that in the Takam fight
The wheels on the hype train go round and round... Joyce best wins have been against gatekeepers, and haven't necessarily been as clear as they could be. Against the two gatekeeper level fighters on your list (Ortiz and Chisora) he's probably got a pretty good chance... Against the next level up (Parker, Ruiz, Whyte) he's beyond where he's fought before - he might do okay, but it wouldn't be any surprise if the train stops there. Usyk and Wilder are harder to categorize. Usyk's not really that proven at heavy right now, but he's got skills and ring IQ coming out of his ears, I would think he'd win a wide UD against Joyce. Wilder has done a pretty good job of obscuring his true level by keeping his best win at gatekeeper level whilst losing to the first real skilled boxer he came up against, okay that was cherry picking gone wrong but there's still a huge chasm between Fury and Ortiz to hide his level in... Nonetheless, Joyce is too slow and too easy to hit - even if Wilder doesn't knock him out, Joyce is almost tailor made for him. No point even talking about AJ or Fury, they're so far from the level he's fought at that it would be insane to back him against either of them.
Joyce wasn't concerned about Takam's power so he could pressure him and take more risks. He respected Dubois' power so he boxed more cautiously and got caught flush far less. Joyce is top 5 and has a very good chance against any heavyweight who isn't tough and fast with a good engine and high level skills.
