I wouldn’t say Shefat Isufu, Marcelo Coceres and Martin Murray were any better than Uzcategui, Caleb Truax, Mike Lee and Feigenbutz. Even Njilkam and John Ryder. Let’s just call it what it is Callum Smith, Billy Joe and Caleb Plant all played it safe once they knew what Canelo’s intentions were. The only two guys that were ranked at 168 in the RING TOP 10 at the time of the fights were Uzcategui and Caleb Truax. Same thing the MWs are doing by playing it safe and calling out Canelo.
I don't get all the Caleb Plant hate tbh. Yeah he's had some easy fights and is yet to make a huge step up but it's like that with most hype fighters. He's done well against who he's fought, there's no excusing that. The Charlo's were quite similar, imo.
Ridiculous. This is like the 4th or 5th opponent that has complained about Clenelo. Clenelo's next opponent is getting a 3 week training camp. Pacquiao announced the Spence and Thurman fights 3 months out.
This right here. I really, really dislike Plant. It's crazy, because stylistically I should like him. He really grinds my gears and I wanna see him lose sooner rather than later.
