I don't need to watch it again, you seemed to know it, so tell me. How many clean shots did Lopez land on Lomas face ? 10 ? 5 ? 25 ? or more ? maybe none ?
Im about to go to sleep but if you really want to start a debate I'll rewatch the entire video slowed dowm later and count. I just finished round one and Lopez landed 3 clean body shots in round 1 while Lomachenko landed absolutly nothing except 1 right hand to the head of Lopez therfor Lopez won it. I'll finish my assessment tomorrow
I said face. How many clean shots did Lopez land on FACE ? maybe this video will help you more This content is protected
Face and bodyshots are equal in terms of scoring so you're argument makes no sense. That video is biased to hell anyway. I'll resume our discussion tomorrow
He barely landed. He kept Lomachenko tenative. People act as though Lopez turned into Sugar Ray Leopard that night.
Loma by far, and that's no knock on Canelo who is excellent defensively (top 5 currently). Loma has so many different things in his arsenal defensively. I'll give one example. If they were even defensively (they aren't but just to humor the topic), the tie breaker would be that Loma can use his feet defensively whereas Canelo can't.
Fair point and Loma has a better defense than Canelo but Lopez certainly won that fight, I think Loma can do better in a rematch.
Still outlanded Lomachenko in more rounds though, so he still won fair and square, and if Lomachenko tries to go for the KO he'll open himself up like he did in round 12. We'll see. Time and time again Lopez isn't given his credit for shutting Loma's offense and his angles down. Half the forum brushes it off and uses the shoulder injury as an excuse. It was brilliant boxing in there and Lopez weathered the storm in the late rounds and came back with a great counter and an offensive surge in round 12. All the forum does is ride Lomachenko like he's otherworldly and doesn't appreciate Lopez's skills. styles make fights, i favor Loma to win it by decision but it won't be easy and Lopez is incredibly young for a boxer probably hasn't even hit his prime, he's probably far from it
What if I tell you that Loma land for clean shots on Lopez ? but Lopez was more active from the first round so yeah, they give him the win.
what if? nothing what if. what you tell me has no bearing on reality, it just tells me how aware you are of that reality. what goes on in your head has no effect on what goes on in mine and what i can see with my own 2 eyes, and understand with my considerable knowledge and experience. if someone can see what i see, and conforms to the same reality, but reaches a different conclusion than me, then its a debate worth exploring. if you just want to ignore reality from the get go, then youre not equipped for any debate.
and how would you know? an 8 yo can say exactly what you just posted, and for the exact same reasons you just posted that, and it would mean exactly the same thing. no difference whatsoever.
