so you really believe it was a fixed fight but want to give them another chance to do it fairly? even if Kov ko's canelo how can you be sure that wasn't a "fix" for the bookies or whatever?

every top losing fighter says they weren't in their best shape bc if they didn't that would mean they were beaten at their best and at their best they're supposed to be THE best. and most fighters look for edges in the negotiations the top stars just abuse their advantage in those negotiations. if that makes ppl dislike Canelo fair enough, but like Kov could have been great and risen above and if Canelo is such a fraud he should have made it look easy.

Um excuse me what? Where did I say this statement means this is a fixed fight? Don't put words into my mouth you fool. I've stated many times before that this fight was an obvious sparring session/fix. I'm not using the tweet as this evidence (the tweet) that this fight is a fix... The "fight" is there to see for yourself and it's an obvious fix to anyone with an ounce of attention detail and boxing knowledge. The cheek you have to say that first statement is hilarious considering your naivety and limited understanding is off the charts.

Kovalev's performance is NOT something you'd expect from someone drained coming off a short camp. Tippy tappy jabs, no right hands, no power jabs, or power anything, minimal lateral movement, non existent in and out footwork, pulling punches, not taking shots where Canelo is clear to be hit without the worry of counters, zero hesitation to move out of range from punches throughout the fight. All these attributes Kovalev demonstrated fully in his fights with Yarde and Eleider who are huge light heavies borderline cruisers. Yarde is clearly limited but he clearly hits harder than Canelo and although his ring IQ is not the greatest, he has quite fast counters.

The above is something you expect from a fighter coming to lose and lay down not a fighter who had a short camp, and had one bad round after completely and utterly dominated a huge heavy hitting light heavy prospect..
. Incoming "derp duuurh but Kovalev ws scared of Canelo's counters duurhh"

If this fight was not a fix (which tbh is out of the realms of possibility) then Canelo should be ashamed for fighting a so heavily concussed Kovalev that forgot all his attributes..

You Canelo fans buying into this trash are directly ruining this "sport" by supporting such an extremely shady character.

There should be a federal investigation into this fight because its outstandingly clear what a farce of fix it was

You don't understand basic use of capital letters so your opinion is invalid to start with.

Fair one on your poor grammatical skills but you also time and time again demonstrate that your understanding of boxing is childlike

I don't have and never have thought the fight was fixed but Kovalev was shot and 8 or so weeks earlier came within a whisker of suffering his third stoppage loss in his last six fights against a rank novice who literally hadn't fought anyone even remotely close to world class before. Kovalev got KTFO but his chin and power had greatly diminished by that time and his vodka tank ever so predictably ran dry in the second half of the fight. That being said, equally as predictably, Clenelo's judges were going to rob Kovalev so that part was obviously a fix which of course his fanboys would've, as per usual, been perfectly fine with.

The fact that Kovalev threw tippy taps all night was bizarre though and I remember on one of the rare occasions he actually put a bit of mustard behind a right hand (and I'm not talking prime Krusher mustard either) Clenelo felt it down to his boots and was like ''Oh ****! Don't do that again, bro''

Prime Kovalev who looked like a completely different species to the shell of later years would've 100% knocked him out and I'm absolutely certain about that.

    Va-SILLY Lose-a-checko

    Silly Hoe Surrenders

Damn, I need to make a name for the first class POS that is Kovalev.

Word's cannot describe the joy and elation I have felt every time this degenerative clown has been KTFO.

It all started with Andre Ward. In the first fight and it ended in the rematch. From that moment onwards, what killed Kovalev more than the alcohol, the banned drugs that he used to cheat, the sexual assaults that he committed, the physical assaults that he committed against women and pet dogs, what killed him more than all of what was what Andre Ward introduced into Kovalev's mind, and that was FEAR.

From the first fight onwards Kovalev was consumed by fear.

Fear of gassing out, fear of being knocked out (again). Fear of not being able to land his shots. Fear of being hit like how he hit others. Fear of going toe-to-toe with anyone that can bang with him.

Kovalev was exposed as the paper tiger he always was. Mentally weak and mentally fragile. Insecure. Weak & degenerative. Nothing but a vile bully. A coward and a racist scumbag. The lowest of the low. Filth.

It warms my heart that André Ward, Eleider Alvarez and Canelo knocked out this drug cheat degenerate. I'm sure it would have been extra painful for Kovalev knowing that he got knocked out by those he felt he was superior to.
