The russian team had a good plan. Were going to the body and pressing. Almost running at the cuban in first round. It wasnt sn easy fighht but it doesnt mean hes beating ragan. Whoever has better timing will win it.
The cuban dude was alot better at lightweight who davis has to face. He had speed of hand and food, good defense, and power. The brazilian kid he beat was good.
Ragan russian 50/50 in my opinion. Whoever steps up. I read a little on that russian kid. Hes already doing 10 round pro fights. That cuban cat just moved and was fast. He had no power. I couldnt tell if he was landing or not. Russian head wasnt moving at all.
I think ragan has power and clean punching but i think the russian has better stamina.

 

Jirov vs toney was an epic pro fight. I won money on toney as a dog.

 

Seen a lot of guys get gift decisions. Judges seem to be similar to pro judges in that they only give points to guys slugging and coming forward. I thought Gal Yafai was eating clean punches and getting out boxed by Veitia, but was given a solid decision. There's no way Torrez beat Pero, he'd already gotten his arse whooped enough for a lead. I thought Machado was also landing cleanly enough to get the decision over Ben, but he won off of his flash. Garside was also eating a lot of clean hooks from Safiullin, but he's going to get schooled by ACG.
