Would be competitive, wouldn't shock me if Hunter pulled it off. He has a good chin, decent work rate, is faster and moves far better than Whyte.

But much like with Martin calling out Whyte I don't see why Whyte would take it. I'd love to see it but I think I'm in the minority, there's loads of other guys most people would want to see Whyte face other than Hunter and I can't see Matchroom pushing it after Hunter left them. If they weren't going to offer him Whyte when he was signed to them they won't now he's left.

Dillian Whyte needs to use his might to call it a night or else everyone would laugh at his plight and call him sh!te.

After refusing to fight Hrgovic I don't believe Hunter has the courage to fight Whyte, but still I would say the odds are 50-50...

This reminds me of the Shawndell vs Alen ''The Savage'' Babic situation

Shawndell playing the part of Whyte and Hunter playing the part of Babic

    Shawndell: ''You want smoke?''

Alen ''The Savage'' Babic: ''You don't know what smoke is''

Only difference is Whyte doesn't and has never wanted that smoke with The Bounty Hunter

50/50 fight. I don't think highly of either.

I will never respect Hunter as a boxer because he pulled out of a IBF eliminator fight with Hrgovic to fight a limited journeyman in Wilson.

Hunter got schooled and battered by Usyk at cruiserweight, legitimately drew with a badly faded 40 year old Povetkin (even getting outworked in some of the later rounds) and ducked Hrgovic for a mandatory position only to fight an old, inactive, non-punching cruiser journeyman.

Hunter is 33 and is going nowhere fast but Whyte won't fight him because he doesn't want to risk another setback post-grandpa Povetkin. I suspect that Whyte would win though due to his mass and power advantage and Hunter's durability looked very shaky late against Usyk.

Whyte breaks him down for a mid-late KO.
