not just a little. but to be fair to him, i think its reynosos influence half the time. like the whole andrade scene, that was all reynoso in his ear. i see the arrogance too, but ive also seen him be quite gracious. hes a complicated dude that lives an insulated life. he is extremely loyal to his team and has complete trust in their advise, especially eddy.
i watched a report was done about him, and with him, a few weaks back. gave me some insight on who he is as a man. i dont think hes a bad guy, or a dishonorable man, despite the questionable episodes hes been involved in. hes no saint, but hes no scrub either.
