    shame. hope spence recovers fully. would prefer mikey step in, he likes the mercenary role. hes been training and looks in decent shape.

    All I'm saying is that Spence most likely had a bad training camp. Which explains the complete lack of content.

    The PPVs are going to nosedive after Spence is out now.

    They will be lucky to do 450k. So hes making a bigger share, yes, but of significantly less revenue. I highly doubt he will be making more money for this replacement fight than had the Spence fight happened.

    And if he happens to lose this fight, struggle badly enough to make a marquee matchup significantly less appealing, or suffer an injury that takes x amount of months to come back from, when he could just wait and reschedule the same fight as soon as Spence is ready, or pivot into a Mikey fight asap, it just makes more sense, imo.

    Obviously, the ideal scenario is he looks good beating up Ugas and he goes into the next fight with momentum and even more chips on the table, but this is boxing and the reality is theres no point in risking it with the previously mentioned scenarios when he can just wait for Spence or pivot into a Mikey fight in a couple of months.

    But we'll see, hopefully he deals with Ugas just fine and it wont matter anyways.

    First crawford now Spence... They are obssesed for peferct record. They follow Floyd's calcualted risk strategy. This is the reason why Floyd is not good for boxing.

    I don't believe in that injury.He's health wasn't checked for the 1st time, and nothing in the Garcia fight wasn't close to causing him that damage, before that fight he also had all medical tests.No, i don't believe in that injury.It's either they decide to make it a fight for more titles in case Pac wins over Ugas(or to fight against Ugast later), or Spence was offered better money to fight Crawford.

    It may not generate as many PPV’s but it will stil generate very good money as the fans are aware we are in the final acts of watching the legend Pacquiao.
