Wow. That would have been such an interesting clash of styles - never thought about that match up.

 

Pryor. Pryor hit hard but Comacho was a tough as old boots, don’t see him stopping him.

Really struggle to find anyone who consistently fought at 140 that would beat a prime version of Pryor.

 

Great fight. I know Pryor was a machine but somehow I think Hector wins too many rounds with his hand and foot speed. Both has dynamite chins and stamina. Could this fight be similar to Roario -Camacho? Hector running, jabbing and escaping? I certainly would not bet this one.

 

Pryor would stop him probably on his stool or perhaps a TKO. Hector couldn't handle that pace at 140. He couldn't really handle pressure from Greg Haugen too well. Haugen had none of Pryor's gifts.
Aaron had speed of his own but he was also relentless. Chavez gave Camacho a methodical beating. Pryor wouldn't be methodical about it. There would be no place for Hector to rest.

The lower weight version of Hector may be better suited to a mission like this. Aaron Pryor at his peak needs to be left alone. He was that good.

 

Hawk Time beats Macho Time by one sided decision. Too relentless and strong who will force Camacho to run more often.

 

Camacho has zero chance.

Camacho would remain standing, but would be pretty awed by Prior's insane business. UD for Prior...I'd be surprised to see somebody pick Camacho with conviction here.

 

Pryor 149-136. I think Camacho shells up and loses a UD. If Chavez, Oscar, and Trinidad couldn't stop Camacho I'm having a hard time believing Pryro would.

 

Camachos best weights were super feather and light weight. Aron pryer was the king of the junior welters. Pryer by decision

 

Pryor via UD. He scores a knockdown during the bout. Camacho sees the final bell. He was very durable & had a good chin. An underrated attribute of his.

 

Aaron was a unique fighter. His attack was unorthodox. Punches with great speed and power from awkward angles. Oscar had some speed too but he wasn't really what you would call relentless or close to Pryor in skill. I don't think Aaron ever thought about winning decisions. Did anybody ever go the distance with Pryor?
