He requested & was granted the Toradol shot because of a torn rotator cuff , by USADA. This permission was given prior to May 1. It was on fight night Pac was denied that Toradol shot by the NSAC claiming he hadn't " ticked the right box" on his form. Plus USADA did not have the authority to permit the Toradol.
While that same NSAC when first heard of Floyd being caught with an Illegal Excessive 750 ml Saline drip in his arm said it was illegal. When the news of Floyd's illegal use of saline was revealed by Thomas Hauser they apparantly changed their minds & issued the statement' "Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong, we will not be investigating" ROFL !! Then they had the audacity to issue him a retroactive TUE to cover the saline drip THREE WEEKS AFTER Floyd was caught. The amount of saline given to Floyd amounted to the same amount which would be needed to mask previous use of illegal substances but far in excess for dehydration treatment. Plus it was not administered in a medical facilty as the NSAC's own laws required. Add to the floyd's use of illegal Xyclocaine shot for his suspect hands was apparantly ignored by the NSAC.

It's possible he had a poor training camp, but I haven't heard about Spence partying or having issues making weight. Biggest fight, payday of his career and he isn"t training right? As far as Pac looking too good, nah. Don't think there's enough footage going around to scare Spence out of the fight. Whatever the reason, it sucks that they are not fighting. This is the first fight in a long time was going to have a fight party. BBQ, expensive scotch flowing. I was looking to spend some money on this one.
